With a tightly wound elastomer core wrapped in a pliable nylon coating, the TIY hair tie actually does what you want it to – holds your hair in place without causing any creasing or damaging your hair. It is fully customizable to your hair – you cut and tie based on the length, thickness and texture of your hair. Our PRO system makes it easy with its revolutionary built in cutter. One tie will last you for months, but we’re guessing (hoping) your TIY with inspire you to create by mixing our 14 colors into fun ties, hair bands, jewelry, shoelaces, you name it.

The TIY Pro is 41 inches and will make approximately 4 – 6 hair ties, depending on the volume and texture of your hair.

TIY BASIC

The TIY Basic is 34 inches and will make approximately 3 – 6 hair ties, depending on the volume and texture of your hair.

Directions

To use the TIY Pro hair tie, first remove it from its packaging. To customize the hair tie to your desired length, pull and squeeze the floss-like packaging to cut the perfect-sized band. I love these hair ties! I have thin hair and workout every day...these are the only times that fit my hair and don't fall out. In every workout before I found TIY, I would have to adjust my hair mid way through...sometimes multiple times. And the other hair ties would stretch out and break my hair. TIYs don't do any of that. They stay in place and don't break my hair. They don't hurt my head after wearing them. I like that I can wrap them twice or more and make different styles with them, too. I love the different colors and the dispenser is really convenient. These are a must have for anyone who is serious about keeping their hair in place and looking good.

I have never been able to find a hair tie that works with my thin hair, they are usually too tight and cause me to het a headache, or I can't get them tight enough without causing the above problem. Having the ability to customize with TIY has been a GAME CHANGER for me! I don't even notice that I have my hair up, so freaking comfortable. I also have the tendency to leave my hair ties everywhere, but with the TIY Pro, I can cut a hair tie anytime. It is ALWAYS a perfect fit and they never slip out.
