Bad Boy Blue is the perfect denim blue dye with green and grey undertones. For best results, we recommend lightening hair to a very light level 9 blonde or lighter and toning hair that has yellow tones before use to avoid undesired hues.

How to Dye Your Hair:
1. Wash hair with a deep cleansing/clarifying shampoo. Do not condition.
2. Dry hair with a blow dryer to make sure the hair is extremely porous.
3. Put on gloves and apply Manic Panic Hair Color using a tint brush making sure hair is thoroughly saturated.
4. Comb through the hair color to make sure it is evenly applied. The cream may become slightly frothy.
5. Cover hair with a plastic cap and leave on for 30-45 minutes. For more intensity, add heat.
6. Rinse with cool water away from your face and body until water runs clear. Do not shampoo.
7. Style as desired. To prevent color transfer or bleeding, always make sure your hair is completely dry.
Pro Tip:
Use a hair dryer to evenly apply heat for 5-10 minutes of your processing time. This will help to open up the cuticle and allow the Manic Panic hair color to better penetrate the hair strand. Make sure to allow the hair to cool completely before rinsing out color.

Works well on darker hair
I didn’t want to bleach my hair as I previously colored with henna, and I was looking for a deeper color anyway. This worked perfectly.The first picture shows my medium brown hair that had been colored reddish brown with the henna. The second picture is after using the wine colored manic panic.For the best color retention, I like to leave the dye in for at least an hour. This is perfectly fine to do since there are no lightening agents in manic panic or other ingredients that are impacted by time. It created hot pink highlights on my grays and a deep purple-pink on the rest of my hair.It was very easy to apply by myself, and has held up to numerous warm showers so far. A little goes a long way, as I’ll get two applications on my whole head with this short hair, so the value is great.As with all manic panic I’ve used, it bleeds when washing and also sometimes when dry on the first few nights after it’s done. As a precaution, you can use dark towels always after washing, and use a pillow case you don’t mind staining until you wash your hair a few times.I’ve been using manic panic for probably about 15 years now and have never been disappointed. The colors are fun, vibrant, and tend to last.

I've used several spray on hair colors and this was the best I've used by far, even better than KMS!! It went on so perfectly and covered my hair so well. The finished look was Flawless. My hair is dark brown and this was the finished look with plenty of color left after this job. I will never buy another brand of spray on hair color!!

As you can see from the image, my hair is mid length. I have grown out my roots and just the bottom half is bleached. This product is by far my favorite.
The formula not only gives me good coverage but it doesn’t stain me the same way other products do. It will also not transfer to your pillow!
The jar has enough product to color my hair twice and lasts about a month and a half before I have to add more color. This despite the fact I wash my hair with hot water three times a week!

Ya había usado Manic Panic pero en verde envy y no recuerdo este manchadero. Pero ya sabía cómo iba a ser esta experiencia de teñirme nuevamente con esta marca, y la verdad que con tanto caos hasta me he divertido. Hoy toda mi vida es rosa! Y no sé hasta cuando parará. Ayer estaba comiendo papitas con chile, y de repente me di cuenta de que también me estaba comiendo el tinte al chuparme los dedos. Supongo que eso no está bien.
Ojo: Puedes lavar con cloro tu baño y se quita muy rápido y bien. A tus almohadas puedes vestirlas con playeras de algodón viejas y/o oscuras y no mancharás nada. Y puedes usar ropa negra o del tono de tu tinte. Es una aventura este tinte! No sé si lo usaría otra vez, y no sé si lo valga! Pero el tono era exactamente el que estaba buscando.
*Sobre todo debes de tomar en cuenta que aunque sea vegano y cruelty free está hecho de muchos químicos que podrían generarte una reacción alérgica, así que recomiendo hacerte una prueba antes de teñir, y tener a la mano antihistamínicos por si acaso.
