[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Anchorage Upholstered Queen Bed with LED Lights and USB free in exchange for my honest and open opinion. The bed arrived to my house well packaged and everything came in one piece, nothing was broke. My first thoughts upon opening the box was that I was impressed with the product. The slats that go on the bed frame were attached to each other which made installation super easy. I was also impressed at the headboard, it is very well made and is absolutely beautiful! The entire installation was a complete breeze and I was able to do it on my own. I love the light strip and the placement of the lights. I am a sucker for anything with USB ports! The 2 ports are confidently located on the headboard in a reachable spot. This is an entire bed in a box, the slats are the only thing that are not located in the back of the headboard. It does not come with as mattress, there is no need to have box springs. There is a 500 pound weight limit to the bed. It is recommended to spot clean and to wipe up spots on the bed. The headboard, sideboards, and footboard are very soft and silky, it is a soft velvet feeling texture. I love the soft grey. The bed is a lower style bed, however it is not hard to get in and out of. I would recommend this bed to anyone and it comes with a great price. I absolutely love this bed!!

Everything from the delivery time (which it got here 4 days ahead of the delivery date) the packaging to the easy assembly was outstanding! The reason my is a four star is because I haven’t being able to get a charge from USB Ports, otherwise I would it given 5tars.

overall a good bed just almost the whole strip of lights does not work which is disappointing but was shipped fast and everything else was as it should be

So I bought this a week ago took awhile to get here,but that’s okay. I love the bed frame! I do wish that they had given letters on each of the parts to make it easier. The instructions are pretty clear so it helped out. I also love the led lights, and the usb there’s two on both sides of the bed frame. I did hate a part that you have to screw in the slats to each sides of the bed underneath because they don’t put holes in that one part. And also there’s one part that holds up one side of the bed and me and my husband picked it up and it cracked. With two people it took about an hour.

Bed frame came in great condition

I’m on step 8 putting it together and the holes do not match to insert the screw. I’m now needing to wait till my dad gets off work to have him drill new holes.

My son pick this bed because he likes the color and the led lights. Unfortunately lights don't work,so I'm going to strip those and add others. The middle don't have as much support but I'll fix that and the lights. USB plug his perfect on both sides.

Queen bed

I LIKE the overall bed it doesn't take up too much space , it's pretty and it's much cheaper to buy it here and put together yourself than buying it from a furniture store.

I DISLIKE the quality for the fact that when I put it together on the headboard there is a pen sized hole on the white leather part. I just won't be buying from your company nor recommending your company  because I'm not going to put a whole head hoard back in the box and send back through UPS, but the hole is just lack of quality and also lack of  customer service because it shows your company doesn't read the reviews to do something different in the area of packing/ shipping items when you see there are multiple complaints about how your  items are packed and shipped.

Honest overall review: 3 out of 5, beautiful bed, lack of attention from company on packing and shipping processes. 

5 stars possible when company steps up and displays a sense of urgency in its actions connected to overall customer service by doing something different in shipping and packing inspection processes as it relates to reading your customer reviews.

I love the bed, however not even a month later one of the touch buttons for cutting on and off the LED lights fell off. As far as the bed it's still holding well.

My bed came in and one of the cords is bent. I can't completely enjoy my purchase because it doesn't connect.

Product is good but the shipping was bad.
