Great size for my husband and I. We use it to boil water for hot chocolate, tea, and even instant mashed potatoes. Only thing I would change is the location of the fill line. It is on the inside of the handle so it can be hard to read sometimes.

I love this little kettle. It heats very fast. You can heat up to 3 regular size coffee cups of water. It arrived quickly and feel it is well worth the money. When I put it away I leave the lid open to make sure it is dry. If you have a person that drinks hot beverages but doesn't want a big coffee maker sitting around this is a great gift.

JUST RIGHT FOR ONE PERSON

I'm very pleased with this kettle! Bought to replace a similar but  electric kettle, and this one seems to hold more than as appears at first glance. For me, it's the perfect size for ease of pouring. I use it for tea, pour-over coffee and for anything needing hot water --- fast! Photo shows my morning coffee thermos (to the left of the kettle); a full kettle produces enough water to fill THREE of those thermoses within an inch of their top!

I drink warm water around 70F all the time mixing tab water with boiled water. I recently bought this electric kettle for my trip and it works great!  I didn't actually time it but I feel that it boils the wanted in 1 min. We also bring some instant coffee with us for “emergency” and cut down costs on coffee when we travel.

Fast and perfect!

For this Order%23 2000117-74621908 Hamilton beach 1L electronic kettle was left OUTSIDE of the fence on the parking lot instead of to be delivered to my apartment %23B upstairs. I did not receive it.

Very bad quality, smells so bad upon receiving, size so small, the kettle doesn't sit tightly with base, and the plastic used in it is so bad quality and smell, i will never recommend it to anyone else.
