I love the Koolatron wine cooler although I have never chilled a bottle of wine in it. I have two and I use both to chill fruit, fresh basil, store chips and crackers, and anything else you don't want to keep in your pantry or big fridge. It works great. And someday I will chill a bottle of wine or two.

More Than Chilling Wine

As expected and advertised

This 6 bottle whine cooler works great, no noise and it goes down to 46 degrees fahrenheit. I have mine set at 50°

Makes the job as advertised. But some bottles are a little larger than standard, you can have trouble storing these, they won't fit on the middle tray but will fit on the top one or the bottom one (yet on the bottom one if you don't put it in the "horizontal" center, it will conflict a little with the downward curve of the middle tray.

As someone said, the bottom tray does not stop the bottles from rolling one side to the other, they do not have round holders.

Does not remain at a constant temp but fluctuates up and down randomly by as much as 7 degrees (more when we put a thermometer inside)! it looks pretty though.

I never imagined a retail store could deliver a package in such poor condition.  I didn't even open the package but returned it because this was a gift! Items at a flea market come in better packaging.  What is wrong with people?
