The Chilluminati

The Chilluminati

$1,999.00

In 1968, Heuer updated the 3147 Carrera, moving the date from 12 to 9. It’s a strange, fascinating watch—off-balance and asymmetric, with only a 30 minute subdial at 3. A year later, Omega offered the 146.017; this time, the date window at 9 lay directly beneath the running seconds hand. Aside from one Hamilton, which upside-downed its ETA7750 and put the crown at 9, and the justly celebrated TAG Heuer x Hodinkee Dato from 2021, there haven't been any chronographs with the date at 9 in half a century.

The Chilluminati is, among other things, our first chronograph featuring a date. As should be expected from a company whose last release was a tie dyed chronograph, the Chilluminati looks unlike most other watches. No logo at 12. No hour markers. An oscillating minute track that flows in and out from the dial's edge. A raised telemeter chapter ring at dial's edge. Broad black hands with black lume. Triangles at the subdials. Repeat: triangles at the subdials.

We're making 70 of these, and like all Haven chronograph releases so far, the Chilluminati's rated to 5ATM, ships on a steel bracelet, and will include straps made of SB Foot leather which we cut here in Indiana and were then finished by Leather Works Minnesota.
