So it arrived quickly, the material it’s made of is satisfactory, but I was sent faulty parts. There are upper and lower poles for the enclosure and my poles didn’t have holes for the screws to fasten them together. Their customer was responsive but made me send pictures (ok no big deal). After that they wanted more pictures of both sides. A pain but ok, no problem. So I get the new poles in after a week of waiting and these poles don’t fit into the frame of the trampoline. I had to hammer them into the holes with a piece of a 2x4 between. Then you have to be super careful that the screw holes line up because after hammering the poles into the frame, it’s so tight you can’t turn it to line them up without some a tool like some tongue and groove pliers. Also, there are no spare screws or washers.I got this for 800 bucks and I think it’s gone up in price since I bought it.I won’t be buying anything from this brand again.

My only minor complaint is it looks like they didn't let the paint on the logo dry and so it got messed up on the actual trampoline. However, this trampoline was pretty easy to put together, seems very sturdy, yet bouncy, and my kids love it. For the size, the price was absolutely amazing, which is why I jumped on buying this one! Also, when I ordered I knew it would arrive after Christmas, and then the date got pushed back another 4 days to January 3, yet low and behold, the day before Christmas, it arrived! So I can't say enough good things about this product and company! It came in 3 boxes so you know it is a beast of a trampoline!

 Is assembly for the faint of heart? Perhaps not. Alone and without reason to rush, I probably took 5 hours to complete this task, but I took solace in knowing I'd only have to assemble this bad boy one time before unlocking hours upon hours of joy for the wee ones. Not to mention that with a 500 pound weight limit, myself too ... for that matter.

Were the negative reviews scary? Sure. Seems a few folks had some genuine issues with what they received. I had some minor issues but nothing that was unsolvable. Luckily I decided to place a bit more trust in the positive experiences and it happened to pay off for me. My trampoline is together, there is a ton of space for all 3 of my kids, and it has great bounce. Can't ask for much more - hopefully durability does not prove to be an issue in the future. Solid trampoline though so I don't anticipate it. Though with incredibly hot summers in AZ, I plan to remove the jumping surface in July and fold it away for the fall to protect it from our blistering sun.

Observations based on my assembly: the ingredients to this trampoline could have gone together a little smoother but heck, it's not like I was baking a cake here. This is a heavy duty piece of backyard fun furniture and the build felt like it. There were a couple times I couldn't quite get pieces to go together as easily as I'd hoped but it was nothing a ratcheting tie-down and a rubber mallet couldn't make quick work of. The rubber mallet came in handy often to counteract the powder coat fit on these joints. It was a must. The only other issue I ran into was upon assembling the upper tent-pole type rectangular frame for the net, the final corner piece wouldn't click together. The hole for the push pin was upside down. To solve I had to unscrew the end fitting, pull off, flip around, re-drill/re-screw it back on and that solved that with about 10 mins of extra work and critical thinking. A one-off issue probably, but not something requiring replacement or return.

I give this assembled trampoline a 5 out of 5 for what it is, for the money it cost, and for the hours of fun my kids have already had on it. I'd give it a 4 out of 5 on the assembly aspect - it went together fine, I didn't expect an easy build, and if not for having to refit the end piece on the tent pole, it would have been a 5 of 5.

After about 16 hours of trying to assemble myself, I finally got a professional installer, which I requested Amazon reimburse me for. The installer said there was no canopy. That's the main reason I bought it. It contained a canopy to keep the leaves and other debris out. I'm not particularly eager to write bad reviews, but this trampoline has lots of issues consumers should be aware of

Complaints....This comes in 3 box and 2 of them are very big and heavy (not unexpected). The small box was just fine. The other 2 were very beat up. I would just blame she shipper, but when opening the boxes, everything inside was beat up too. The instructions looked like it was wadded up into a ball. Many of the bars inside we're scratched or chipped. One tube was so bent I needed to use a block of wood and a rubber mallet to get it back to roundish. My final complaint was the fit and finish wasn't great. A couple of the bolt holes did not line up as well as they should have.
What was good....This thing is big and strong. This is for my kids, but at 6'02" 260 pounds, I can get on it with my kids and it feels solid as I bounce around too. Doesn't wobble or feel like I'm too big for it (says 500 pound rating, but I was worried). Has a good amount of bounce and feels like it will hold up for a long time (on day 3, so I will update if it doesn't hold up). Overall, I am really happy with it and my girls love it. I would buy it again.

I purchased this trampoline in February of 2022. I shopped many other trampolines and scoured their reviews before settling on the Upper Bounce 8'x14' rectangle trampoline.
Assembly:
I assembled it mostly with the help of my then 8 year old son. During the final parts of assembly I had some help from a second adult. Could I have done it alone probably, but it definitely made it easier to finish. I am pretty handy and this was not the first trampoline I have built.
Durability:
We live in the hot dry desert of Arizona. I am happy to say that it took until this past weekend before we lost a spring due to the loop dry rotting that the ring is in. The other trampolines I have had lasted maybe a year at most before this happens due to our weather. We have 4 boys and myself that have spent countless hours bouncing, doing flips and other tricks.
Overall this has been the best trampoline I have ever had and well worth the money. While I am sure the ones that are double the cost have some added benefits, I couldn't see them being worth it.

We had an Upper Bounce 15' round (skytric) trampoline. Excellent quality but the kids just wore it out. Now that they were older it was important to me to get a trampoline with a higher weight rating so that two adult sized people could go on together. The Upper Bounce is rated to 500 lbs and is very sturdy and well constructed. I didnt think I would like the rectangular shape as much as the round, but I actually like it better. (Bought the rectangular since it has higher weight ratings than round). As a jumper, you seem to have more of a defined jumping area with less of a tendency to creep towards the middle with your jumps. My kids both prefer the rectangular too.
This trampoline has a metal upper ring system that was easy to install and is awesome. I paid extra for the skytric ring system on my previous UB round trampoline but as the kids got heavier they would sometimes pop out the fiberglass rods but were too short to fit them back. This put extra strain on the net and I had to replace it early. I ended up buying pole toppers and switching to a regular net system. Then all was good. All to say, I don't think we will have the same issue with this trampoline since it is so sturdy.

We bought this as it was rectangular and a round trampoline wouldn't fit in our garden.

It is really sturdy, was fairy easy to put together (with the app) it took 2 of us around 4 hours though, not the 2hrs it says on the box! Overall though it was fairly simple to follow the instructions. It would have made things simpler if all the poles were labelled, the plan says to take pole x and slide into pole y but nothing has any letters or numbers on!!

It's really sturdy and so far standing up to daily use by two bouncy, energetic boys!!

Really pleased, worth the money.

Very impressed with the product.

Shipment and delivery was slow due to CEVA not delivering on time and then rescheduling for a week later. The box size and weight of the package factored into this. Comes in 3 boxes about 45 pounds each.

Setup took me about two hours. Instructions were easy to follow and all parts were bundled cleanly within the packages.

Unit is very well build with lots of built in safety features: padding around the entire perimeter, foam padded bars and mesh safety net.

Although it said the bottom of the mesh perimeter should fit over the springs... it did not. However I was able to thread the springs through the gaps in the mesh to secure it to the base. Ensuing the kids hands and legs can not touch the springs.

The kids love the trampoline and has provided hours of entertainment!

I would definitely recommend this trampoline.
