We offer free shipping and returns on all Zoma mattresses delivered within the lower
48 states. For orders to anywhere outside of the continental U.S., the customer will
need to select and coordinate with a freight forwarding company. We can ship the
order to any freight forwarding company you choose within the lower 48 states.
Shipping Times
In most cases, your Zoma mattress will leave our facility within 3-7 business days.
After the mattress leaves our shipping facility, it will arrive via FedEx with

Use the Zoma foundation to give your mattress the sturdy support it needs. Alternatively, use any foundation featuring platform or slatted bases, as long as the slats are no more than three inches apart. If you plan to use an old box spring with your Zoma Mattress, place a 0.75-inch piece of moisture-resistant plywood on top. That provides a solid, even surface for your mattress to rest on.

Most Zoma customers enjoy better sleep beginning their very first night. But, in rare cases, it may take some time to adjust to your new Zoma mattress.
You probably slept on your last mattress for many years – possibly even decades. During that time, your body became accustomed to the support it received. After that much time, any change to your sleeping surface — even an objectively better one — may cause some initial discomfort. That's because your body needs to adjust to the new and improved support before it feels comfortable again.
Don’t worry though. If you don’t love your Zoma mattress, you’re protected by our risk-free, 100-night trial. To ensure optimal adjustment, we ask customers to trial their mattress for at least 30 nights prior to initiating a return. This allows for a thorough experience to truly decide if the mattress is right for you.

To deliver lasting comfort, your Zoma mattress needs proper support. We recommend you use a platform or slatted base, with slats that are no more than three inches (3”) apart and at least half an inch (0.5”) thick. (We designed our Zoma Foundation to bring out the best in the Zoma Mattress.)
We don't recommend using a box spring.
The Zoma Start Mattress is 10" thick while the Zoma Hybrid is 12" thick. However, the Hybrid isn't better just because it's thicker - both mattresses offer different benefits for different sleepers.
We offer a risk-free 100-night sleep trial with every Zoma mattress purchase. If you don’t totally love your Zoma memory foam or hybrid mattress after the first 30 nights, we’ll refund you in full and help arrange a pick up and return.
Please note: We do accept returns before the 30-day mark. To ensure optimal adjustment, we ask customers to trial their mattress for at least 30 nights prior to initiating a return. This allows for a thorough experience to truly decide if the mattress is right for you.
