Decent Product - Great Customer Service
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a generally good product and I'm overall happy with my purchase. Pros: Good battery life Good sound Comfortable to wear Very fast charging Useful firmware updates (such as noise cancellation) Cons: They have great difficulty connecting to anything but mobile devices. Very poor connectivity with windows. (see other issues below) My main experience with these earbuds has been good but twice now I've had a pair of them quit on me. Once the audio became nearly inaudible in my left earbud and the other time my right earbud's speakers totally died. There was no obvious cause for either incident - I'm quite careful to keep them in a good condition. That said, this is a 4-star review because the customer service for these products has been exemplary - which I find to be unusual. In each instance, Jabra's customer service got back to my warranty claim quickly and professionally. They promptly let me return my earbuds and got me a new pair within about 7 business days. Personally having quality customer service like this makes up for the shortcomings of the product.

Great Sound, Good Noise Cancellation
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound quality is excellent, and the noise cancellation is good enough to block out most background noise. I've been using them while working from home, and they've been a great way to stay focused and productive. I've also been using them while working out, and they've stayed in my ears securely even when I'm moving around. One of my favorite things about the Jabra Elite Active 75t is the long battery life. I can easily get a full day of use out of them on a single charge. I also like that they're water-resistant, so I don't have to worry about them getting wet if I sweat. Overall, I'm really happy with the Jabra Elite Active 75t True Wireless Noise Cancelling In-Ear Headphones. They're a great option for anyone looking for a pair of wireless earbuds with excellent sound quality, good noise cancellation, and a comfortable fit.

Quite problematic
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Loved the earbuds! The figment and battery life is on point! The case contains at least three additional charges for the buds. Used them to work In the rain with no problems at all. But! There were issues that I couldn’t get along with. When first connects there was an issue with the update! Fell asleep with them trying to update while flashing purple. Drained the case as a result. There was an issue with my pair, the left side would shut off all of a sudden and couldn’t be reactivated. It would have to sit in the case for more than an hour in order to reactivate. The right side was somewhat flawless. But, would have to be tinkered with in order to get it to turn off.

Posted .Hi Watchman, thanks so much for your review of the Jabra Elite 75t. We are thrilled to hear that you are loving the audio quality and battery life of the device. We regret, however, that you ran into challenges while updating your Elite Active 75t and that you are having trouble with the left earbud. That is certainly not what we expect. When you are doing a firmware update on your Jabra Elite Active 75t, the update will download in the Jabra Sound+ app and then you will be prompted to return the earbuds to the charging case. Once you have put the earbuds back into their case and closed the lid, the LED on the outside of the case will start flashing purple rapidly. This is to indicate that the update is in progress. This entire process should not take longer than 15 minutes to complete. We would be grateful for the opportunity to look into the challenge you are facing with your left Jabra Elite Active 75t earbud with you and to provide you with a resolution. We kindly ask that you contact us at your earliest convenience: https://www.jabra.com/supportpages/jabra-elite-active-75t/100-99091000-02/contact-support. We appreciate your feedback and we want you to have the best possible Jabra experience!

Brought back the joy of listening to great music
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am an admitted audiophile with very discerning taste in music. These are hardly the best sounding TWS that I have owned. However they do faithfully reproduce sound, and though the sound stage leaves a lot to be desired, there is good separation and work well across all genres of music. The bass, treble and vocals are well pronounced without being saturate. The left and right channels are easily discernable. The sound is crisp and not muddy when playing at high volumes. Over all they are pleasing to listen to. I find myself listening to my Jabra Elite Active 75t's for more than the 7.5 prescribed battery life. And with my 45 watt chargers, 45 watt car charger and 45 watt power bank it only takes me an hour to recharge them. Initially I couldn't find tips that would stay in my ears, but right before going to Amizon to purchase a pair online I found a pair laying around the house that were perfect. Because the provided tips kept coming out of my ears I thought that the call quality was poor and I experienced losing sound from the left ear a lot and both buds would constantly disconnect from my device or the music would stop playing. Since replacing the tips it has been pure heaven. Also turning off hear through has also greatly increased my listening time. I have to say that call quality with a good seal is sublime on both ends. The sensors that detect when the buds are in your ears must be seated perfectly or else you will have a lot of issues with these TWS's. I love the equalizer and the hearthough feature. But with the hearthrough you need to turn your volume down to a reasonable level in order to truly hear your surroundings. These are not audiophile quality but they are very pleasing stylish and feature rich. The main reason for the score is that once you get your fit, they and the app work flawlessly. The passive sound isolation is so good that you will need hearthrough in order to hear ambient sound. And the ability to hear your voice during calls, priceless. I don't need a pair of bulky cans to deliver the sound that excites me these are more than adequate. The button controls are not hard to press and are intuitive as well as amazingly full functional. The design is chic if not understated. Priced to sell, I can confidently, honestly and happily recommend the Jabra Elite Active 75t's.

Excellent daily use buds
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have these and Bose Quiet Comfort buds. 75t Active: My go-to daily buds Excellent voice quality on calls (tested with 1 and both buds) Comfortable Secure fit Like physical buttons VS touch style on Bose ANC is okay; very limited on aircraft (Bose were amazing) and works in office environment Good battery life with extra in case Case only has wired charging but I dont mind Much smaller case VS Bose mega case Like sound quality for music, movies, Teams, calls Connects to 2 devices easily (have Note 10+ and iPad Pro) On Note 10+ I get awesome info by swiping down (see pic) Value ok at regular price and fantastic during holiday sale Bose won for ANC on aircraft VS 75t Active but it's an unfair battle since Bose ANC baked in while 75t was a firmware upgrade. But Bose multipoint is crap so 75t Active are my daily use buds, with Bose as backup or must have for travel.

Good Design, Poor Execution, Terrible Service
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you're looking at headphones in this price range, then you expect nothing but the best. First, here is where these headphones excel: Pros: Excellent sound quality, quick connectivity, an excellent companion app, outstanding battery life. However, these headphones do fall short in a few areas: - They only stay in place moderately well. While working out, I usually have to adjust them every dozen minutes or so. - hear through function is useless at speed (ex: cycling/running) due to wind noise. - I have experienced some connectivity/drop out issues. I'm told this is only expected in true-wireless, but still.... at $200 I expect better. Finally, the terrible: hence the 1 star review: After having these headphones for a little over a month, the right earbud failed. It now operates at a substantially quieter volume than the other, so much so that it would seem to be not working at all. If you've read the documentation, you also know that you cannot use the left without the right bud, so these headphones are pretty useless. After an internet search, apparently this is a common issue. I've been working with Jabra customer support for over a week (they've been slow to respond, un-thorough, and failing to address my concerns) and have FINALLY gotten them to give me a solution, but it involves shipping my headphones back before they'll replace them... with a turnaround of at least 2 weeks. I feel like they should be doing better than this. My expectations may be high, but again.... these headphones come at a premium, so the service should be so. I wish I hadn't bought these. I was already iffy before they failed.... now I'm filled with regret. I wanted to love these, but there's just been too much negative experience at this point. Jabra, you need to do better.

Q: QuestionWhat is the major difference between The Active 75t and regular Elite 75t? There is a $20.00 higher difference in cost for the "Active"so I want to know what that buys me?
Asked by Steve.
- A:Answer Based on information I have researched, the Active variant of the 75t have a better IP (ingress protection, i.e. waterproof protection) rating. They also come in a soft touch plastic (slightly rubbery) finish, rather than the smooth plastic finish that the Elite 75ts have. The Actives will have some additional software features released in Q2 of 2020, but it is believed that the Elites will receive the same features via a firmware update, though Jabra has not confirmed that yet. I personally use my Jabras almost exclusively for exercise and running, so I opted for the Elite Active 75t to replace my current Elite Active 65t as I value the waterproofing as well as the rubbery texture, which I have found helps keep them in my ears a little bit better. That said, my wife has the Elite 75ts, and they are extremely secure in her ears and mine.

Q: QuestionCan EITHER earbud be used while the other charges in the case? A previous Q&A asked this and the half-answer was the RIGHT can be used while the LEFT is charged. But can the LEFT be used while the RIGHT charges? Should be the same but often it's not.
Asked by Windstone.
- A:Answer Hi Windstone- At this time, the Left EarBud cannot be used while the Right EarBud charges. There will be a firmware update that will allow this feature to be available to you. Thank you!

Q: QuestionCan they be paired to two phones at once? Can I listed to music from one phone and still receive calls from another phone?
Asked by HGomez.
- A:Answer Hi HGomez- The Jabra Elite Active 75t is able to have two devices connected simultaneously. Thank you for your question!

Q: QuestionCan we skip or repeat the previous song while using the headphone. I have to use my cell for this function
Asked by Fatima.
- A:Answer Yes you can skip with a double press on left ear bud. three presses and it goes backwards to previous song. 1 press on right ear bud answers a call and also pauses. single press on left allows the passthrough noise on or off. great sounding headphones and stays in really well. these are my favorites over all the wireless ones out there up to 300 dollars a par I tried literally all of them in the store.

Q: QuestionHas the firmware update been released so users can wear them in one ear at a time? I’m a truck driver and cannot drive (company policy) with devices in both ears. Cameras in our trucks.
Asked by McKinney.
- A:Answer Hello McKinney- Great question! At this time, it is only possible to use the right earbud of the Jabra Elite Active 75t on its own. We hope this helped.

Q: QuestionDoes this work with Xbox one x
Asked by DocMiles.
- A:Answer Hello Xbox- at this time we do not recommend you pair your Jabra Elite Active 75t directly with an Xbox One X as it is optimized to be used primarily with smartphones or tablets running either iOS or Android. While some of our users have found success pairing their devices to their gaming consoles, this is not something that we officially support. For this reason, we cannot guarantee device performance or provide support for performance problems that may result.

Q: QuestionWondering how compatible these are with the Apple Watch to use for running. Have experienced connectivity issues with the AirPods randomly and it’s quite frustrating.
Asked by Apalruns.
- A:Answer Hello Apalruns- thanks for your question about the Jabra Elite Active 75t. Jabra devices are designed and engineered to provide sound quality for calls and music listening. They are optimized to to be used with other Bluetooth devices such as smartphones and tablets. The use of the Jabra Elite Active 75t with a smartwatch may not provide the best experience and is not officially supported.
