About Us
Julia Child let people in on the Cuisinart secret and so did James Beard. They were among the culinary experts to hail the food processor as a revolutionary kitchen appliance when it was introduced to America in 1973 by the late Cuisinart founder, Carl Sontheimer. They saw the food processor as a quick and easy way to make fine food and dishes.

Customers have mixed opinions about the power of the food mixer. Some say that it holds the charge quite a while, is quite powerful, and has good performance with lithium batteries and electric motors. However, others say that the power is iffy most days, does not last, and does not have a lot of power for thick blending like bread products.
"Great product, shorter than expected battery life but still worth 5 stars" Read more

Customers are mixed about the quality of the food mixer. Some mention it's an excellent, great hand mixer, and a decent cordless mixer. However, others say that it'd be too weak to mix dough, the whisks are a bit flimsy, and the tool itself feels cheap.

Customers are mixed about the charging speed of the food mixer. Some mention that it charges quickly and lasts longer than expected, while others say that the low speed wasn't low enough for adding dry ingredients and the higher speeds got. It takes awhile for it to recharge and by then they've completed whatever it is they need to. There is no way to slow down the speed other than to turn it off and start from the beginning. The mixing speed is inconsistent and makes a mess. The power is decent. The charging has to be done every time to be sure it's ready for use.
"...that it came with at least one more set of mixing bits, but it charges quickly and lasts longer than expected. This is likely due to reduced torque...." Read more
"...It’s takes awhile for it to recharge and by then I’ve completed whatever it is I need to make...." Read more

Watch the charge close because when it's dead it gives no warning, it just stops.
The Biggest draw back is this thing is finicky to turn on. I have to hit the top button to get the lights to turn on, hit the bottom button to get the numbers to appear then hit the top button to select my speed right away. Or it will turn off and I need to start over. But I always get it going and once it starts all is good.
I purchased two units one for myself and my daughter. I thought it would be helpful since it’s cordless particularly for a stovetop recipe to avoid finding my extension cord to attach to my electric mixer.
I can only say the cordless feature is nice but for the price it’s not useful if one has to keep remembering ahead of time to fully charge it prior to usage.
So one can’t just randomly use this unit if one has to take the time and wait for it to charge, if there’s a need to use it multiple times it loses power, and you can’t use it at the same time while it’s charging.
PS I have a cordless mini food chopper that I love when I don’t need to use the electric one, which cost me $20 and it stays charged for months when not in use. I spent over $150 for these and they are just sitting around.
It angers me when you spend money on something pricey that can’t completely be enjoyed, but the company has benefited and made the profit
