I purchased this keyboard almost 2 years ago. I do a lot of work on the move, and having the clever little keyboard that fits in my pocket is very handy. While the compact size is a big bonus, there are necessary tradeoffs in that the keys are smaller than full size and the number row is shifted right a bit. These are issues that become manageable with practice. In addition to the regular keys, there is a function key that enables control of brightness, audio playback, screen capture, moving to the Home Screen or Search, and checking the battery. The battery life is excellent, and it is easy to pair, connect to, and switch between up to three devices. The keyboard is easiest to use when laid on a hard, flat surface. A table or desk is best, but a clipboard, binder, or hard book can work when using the keyboard on a lap.
Recently, several of the keys on my keyboard stopped responding. The instructions that come with the keyboard have a Arteck customer service email. I wrote to them and they suggested some trouble shooting ideas. When those didn’t work, they let me know that my device was still under warranty as I had purchased it less than 24 months ago. A replacement arrived 2 days later. The fifth star in my rating is because this product is backed up by Arteck making this a solid purchase for anyone looking for a versatile, reliable, portable keyboard.

I am doing this review using the keyboard, but the problem is that the key spacing is too tight. If you have large hands, it will be difficult to adjust to. I do like the folding design and the build quality seems to be solid. However, I am worried about the durability of the keyboard folding hinges over time. It seems like the hinges were made out of plastic while the outer shell is made of out metal. The ability to connect to 3 different devices is pretty neat. I tried it on my iPhone and iPad and they worked well! However, I do notice that sometimes some keys will not register for a few seconds and then start working again. In terms of comfortability, my hands are arched towards each other when using the keyboard which causes slight discomfort on my wrists. I do think it’s because of my hands. I feel like this would be perfect for someone with smaller hands and will be a perfect companion for their devices. I had to give this a 4 out of 5 because of the connectivity issues, and the spacing of the keys, but for what it’s worth - it’s a great portable keyboard for people with smaller hands. I had to constantly keep pressing the backspace button to keep editing the words I typed so this review took longer to type on than my regular keyboard.

Very practical, but a touch clacky
