I recently had to replace an ancient (1970s) Panasonic turntable purchased while I was serving in the Navy in the Western Pacific.  I am no audiophile, but wanted to play the old albums that, over the years, managed to escape the garage sale bins.  I wanted something basic, solid and good enough to bring old vinyl back to life.  The entry level Fluance fit my needs.  It arrived well packed, with excellent instructions for setup.  When I made a mistake with the stylus, the support team at Fluance was helpful, polite and professional.  RT80 is the bottom of the Fluance line, but it can be upgraded with better cartridges and higher quality turntable pads.  It does not have extras (bluetooth, usb connectivity, automatic play) but it does all the basic turntable functions with elegance and excellence.  It may not be for everyone, depending on your needs, but it gave me exactly what I was looking for.
