    This thing is an absolute beast. It plays everything I throw at it and you can't beat the portability.

    I recommend manually turning the fan speed up to almost max when you're playing an intense game because the auto fan speed doesn't keep it cool enough.

    My laptop came with an intermittent charging issue, and I'm still dealing with it. I already sent this device to the Razer support team, and they stated that the problem was fixed, but after 2 weeks of use, the problem was back. Also, I only had a one-month warranty from Amazon to get a refund, and I am already out of the deadline to do so. I had heard that the Razer products have a low-quality control, but I didn't take it seriously. Now I regret buying this one, and I will never repurchase any Razer product. So here is my advice if you are planning to buy this product:

    - If you don't live in the USA or other countries supported by Razer:
    Don't buy this laptop. They won't pay for the shipping costs, and you will have to pay a lot to send the device to their support team. There is no warranty that the problem will be solved. So you can expect to do it more than once.

    If you live in the USA or other countries supported by Razer:
    - Don buy this laptop. If you want to have a laptop that looks like a Macbook, then buy a Macbook. It is not worth it to get this product as they have abysmal quality control, and you will be gambling with your money. Other laptops have the same or even better performance than this one, with even lower prices.

    So, don't make the mistake I did and DON'T BUY THIS LAPTOP.

    This machine kinda has it all, looks and aesthetics, power and capability, and portability. Getting a gaming a laptop as opposed to a desktop inherently has a trade off for screen size, but this screen is still great for gaming, the resolution and matte surface make for great looking games and low to no glare even in well lit environments. It's highly portable, I'm student first and gamer second, so having a computer that I can take with me is essential. This thing weighs less than most of books and easily fits in just about any book bag. Games run great, smooth, and sharp, this machine can get work done! The battery life can't quite make it through a whole day for me, but the fact that I can charge off the USB-C really negates that since I don't have to carry it's brick around too. All around super great computer, yeah, I'd recommend, but also I'd say that you gotta know what you're looking for, it's worth the extra penny compared to some comparable gaming laptops.

    Razerblade 15: Product is powerful but I have had two separate issues that have impacted my use of the product. At one point my SSD malfunctioned along with other critical components, leaving the laptop inoperable. Recently I broke the prongs off the charging port, which was a user error, but it is also due to a terrible port design. There are two frail prongs that are capable of snapping off and preventing the laptop from being charged. I would have given more stars overall, but product support has been terribly slow and unaccommodating. I'd recommend buying a product from a company with better support in case you do have issues, because it can be a nightmare when there's an issue with your primary computer and you can't just get it fixed.
