This does a very good job of helping us keep track of our driveway and front yard.  The set up is easy, and it alerts your phone if it spots activity.  It is sensitive enough it even picks up lights on neighbors houses going on and off, so it is a good idea to set up different zones for alerts.  The night vision works pretty well as shown by photos

We love the Nest outdoor camera. It does exactly what it is intended for. The 2-way communication feature is really nice too. And we also love the different notification features. It will notify if there is a person, person talking, dog barking, and other motion.

Dont be fooled by knock off cheaper cameras or other higher-end brands.  I have set almost 50 different variations and generations of NEST cams for myself as well as friends and family....WORKS GREAT with the Google hubs as well, especially if you set them up for older generations

BEST Cameras for sure...worth every cent

This is my 2nd nest cam. My first has performed flawlessly for over 5 years.
I hope I'm not jinxing it.
Nest tech support helped me set it up. That's a plus.
I'd rather shop with Walmart because google lies about their shipping policy.

Best camera for the Nest app.

great picture and sound quality. I haven't mounted it yet. My SO stated that he would like to put this one at our lake house and get a doorbell camera for our house so I guess he doesn't like it. So either I mount it myself or buy a doorbell cam, I guess. I'd recommend it unless you haven't heard of a doorbell camera and that sounds more enticing to you (or your SO). [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Didn't like how expensive it was and the fact that the last one didn't last but just a few years had to purchase this because of the equipment that I already had

I understand this model is discontinued, this apparently one of the last in stock, but the radius is only 160 deg when I need 180 deg.
