How to Use

Suggested Uses

  • To promote a sense of balance and awareness:
  • Apply to temples, wrists and palms of hands as desired
  • Add 10-25 drops to a bowl of steaming water/facial steamer and inhale deeply for 5-10 minutes
  • Practice a deep breathing exercise we call the Saje Breath; roll product onto clean palms of your hands, cup over nose and mouth and take 2-3 deep, slow inhales in through the nose and long, slow exhales out through the mouth to encourage feeling lifted and refreshed.
