Yes but I suggest buying a refill bag soon after (Like all bean bags) it will go flat if an adult is using it often, or even a larger kid (Teen). Mine started going flat a month and a half after I bought it. I put some throw pillows in it!!! Worked amazing!! and they don&#39;t go flat as easy!

Yes.  We bought 2 for my toddlers room so his dad and I would have somewhere to sit.  But it does go flat very quick, within a few weeks for us.

Yes it does come filled with beans, but you may run into not enough beans or you may get the perfect chair, one of my chairs did not have enough beans.

Horrible bean bag chair! We bought 8 for our son and his friends for game night for Christmas. Not even a month later and they are flat. Flat as a pancake. So, we bought new filler to refill them. Big problem!  They have zippers that do NOT open. There are NO pull tabs on the zippers and they have done something to them to keep them fro0m opening.  So, they are bags of expensive garbage. Save your money. We have tried a paper clip and a pair of plyers to open them. No luck.

There is no weight limit on the chair according to what comes with it. It can be for kids and smaller shaped teens. It is only recommend you don&#39;t let children die from suffocation by bean bag.

XMy 6 year old son wanted a blue bean bag chair from Santa for Christmas so he could sit in it and play video games. He was so excited that &quot;Santa&quot; brought him a Bean bag chair named Big Joe! Fast forward 2 months and he can not use the chair anymore due to the fact that it has almost completely flattened out or down whatever you want to call it. The inside beads have shrunk or deflated. Just the other day he tried to flop down in it and bumped his head on the coffee table. We wanted to let you know how quickly this product went from a complete joy to a horrible disappointment.  I would suggest you look into other chairs as he is only 40lbs and I can&#39;t imagine how quickly an adult would flatten this item.

For all! Has held up great so far being used by a child &amp; adult. Fairly sturdy.
