[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow. I've never used a pressure cooker, normally I do crockpot things. It took me about 30 mins to get it out and read through the instructions. I felt nervous and also watched a few YouTubes on how to operate it. I found a recipe I wanted to try, pork carnitas. I was unsure of how it would do because not being able to see the food or temp when needed was odd to me. But I put my faith in it and followed the recipe to a t. It came out fantastic 😍 super fall apart and juicy flavored well. The timing was perfect and it was super fast! The time to set up, prep my meat and get it in the insta pot, build pressure, cook then release was less than 2 hours. And for a tender fall apart pork shoulder it was great! I can't wait to try other recipes in it! Also really love the switch to do the steam it seems better than some of the others where people are using utensils to move it lol I had no issue with this machine. Super excited to make more things!! Love love love so far

It cooked in 15 min a great time safer. The updated valve feature makes it feel safer to use. Perfect gift purchase!

The box arrived all beaten up and taped together which was disappointing to present as a gift.  Once given to my customer, they opened it to find a used Instantpot.  Can you imagine how embarrassing this was as a thank you gift?  This is being returned and now I have the inconvenience of having to take the time to visit the store and then go to another store to pick up a new one to make it right with my customer.
