I am a 58-year-old woman and I toss and turn all night typically. A friend told me this pillow is amazing and makes you sleep like a baby....I was skeptical at best. I ordered it and that very night I slept so good. The shorter side supports my back the long side supports my knees, and my head fits perfectly in the top area. I have never slept better. It has been three months of the best sleep of my life! I was bummed when the zipper broke. I sent an email to the company asking if I could buy another cover. I didn't hear back from them but two days later a new cover arrived in the mail!! Buy the pillow you won't regret it. The cover is soft like T-shirt material, I actually added a bit more stuffing to my pillow. I went to the fabric store and bought stuffing and added it to my knee area. Love this pillow

U shape or C shape ?
First of all, pharmedoc pillows are undoubtedly the best. They are very cozy and esp. the jersey cotton cover is an add on. **** U shape or the C shape - which is the best ? **** I have initially purchased the C shape, everything about it is the best. but the one downside that i have encountered is, it blocks the leg when you want to sleep straight facing the sky. All the time you may not want to sleep sidewards. For this reason, I have to choose U shape in my opinion. But I still highly recommended for the ladys who are in their last trimester who cannot sleep straight and is the best sleeping sideward facing. During that time, you can conveniently, slip in the legs above and below almost all the time. It will lock you in very well. you cannot ask more. On the other hand, U shape pillow in comparison to C shape has less cushion but does the job in all the months. It does not give you that extra cushion but does the minimum in any month of your pregrancy. first or last trimester, any direction of sleeping habit, you can use this. One side of this U shape pillow is detachable, so you can use it for any thing you may like. If you are in the last trimester, hands down, go ahead for the C shape. If you are in the early stages of pregnancy, then go ahead for the U shape, you can still continue to use this in the last trimester too. **** finally **** It is better to spend the extra 10$ for the jersey cotton. There is no swirls or ruffles which you may generally find in the regular pillows with the pillow cover. Do not use the pillow immediately, let it expand to the fullest. the better the expansion, the greater the cover will fit on the pillow. finally, watch out for discounts or travel bag, if you are buying it from amazon.

Perfect Pregnancy Pillow
So another friend is pregnant and I bought this pillow again because why not considering the reviews both online and from my friend before. Got pictures this time. It’s lovely and fluffy just seconds out of the vacuum sealed bag when it says give 48 hours for full fluffy effect it has to be super fluffy! Love that it has a star cover option now which is the one I picked this time. It was delivered just two days after I purchased it I was mind blown with the speed of delivery! Once again a 5 star review for this pillow! And will be a purchase I make anytime I have a pregnant friend it’s a sleep saviour!!!! Cannot recommend highly enough.Hyde AddamsPerfect Pregnancy Pillow

I don’t have a picture because I bought this for a friend when I found out she was pregnant. It’s a great size and super fluffy. Also easily pushed into the shape needed to be comfortable and it won’t bounce back like some pillows do. It holds and supports in ways needed especially when pregnant. She’d been complaining about lack of sleep but the day after, and since then, cannot stop raving about this pillow and how it’s changed her entire life. That she’s getting so much sleep now and she’s so comfortable.
I can’t recommend this pillow more highly!
