Zwilling Gourmet 2-Pc Knife Set

I picked this up from the Zwilling representative at a Costco road show at well below the current price on the Zwilling website - which is a great deal already. I'm in awe of this set. First off - be careful! I've been using Zwilling for decades and regularly have them professionally sharpened. However, these knives (ProS I believe) are so incredibly sharp, that I seriously use caution when using them. My first few uses, tomatoes, peppers, carrots, etc. were honestly like using a warm knife to slice butter. Additionally, the look and feel of these knives is fantastic! I'm loving this set and the two new Pro paring knives I got from Zwilling.com

It's my first time out chasing expensive knives and now I know why people do it. It's very sharp and support accurate performance. Definitely buying more.
