I got these shorts not knowing what size to get. I was torn between medium or large, and since the hip sizes were wrong, based off reviews I got a large. Best choice I ever made. I'm 143-145 pounds and I'm 5'8". All my weight practically went to my thighs. I got these for my skirts and soon I'll be using them to work out when college starts. They're not tight but kinda loose. Perfect size. It also holds my phone (Google pixel 2XL) completely in the pocket. Extremely comfy. Highly recommend these.

Otherwise I have a decent amount of muscle, I love using these for spanks underneath dresses or compression shorts underneath some of my thinner pairs of leggings.     The legs are too loose and ride up while working out. My phone dropped out of the pocket multiple times which does not happen in my other brands with pockets. The waist folds over while working out also and the material is not breathable. They're comfortable for lounging around I guess. But definitely do not recommend for working out. Also I'd size down, they came very big.

    The elastic in the waistband is not fixed, so it is constantly twisting. These are NOT good for working out, especially lifting.
    The fabric loses shape very easily, so the legs of the shorts begin to shift and ride up soon after putting on. They're fine for lounging around the house, but I would not buy these if you are intending to wear them outside of the house.
