I dont think you need to take it that much. Ive had serious IBS

IBGard is a capsule containing peppermint.  Peppermint helps me 2 ways - gets bad taste out of my mouth and helps me manage my SIBO and chronic dysmotility.
Your mileage may vary. Buy the smaller pack first, to decide.

super helpful for me

Relieves IBS symptoms.  At the "flare" dosage it was a week before I knew I had turned a corner, so I bought additional boxes to last through the recommended one month timeframe.  I will likely buy more for the maintenance dose.  

So glad I found this because I was in bad shape and getting worse.

Effective but must follow package directions

i have been on this medication for years, and it has really worked for me. but as soon as I stop it for any reason. the most common reason is because of $$. So I found out that walmart has it sort of cheaper. than at "drug stores," so I now buy it at  Walmart for the reduced cost .  Any reduction is worth it.

very good ibs medication

This version (capsules with white granules) contains the peppermint oil recommended for reducing cramping, bowel urgency, diarrhea, constipation, bloating %26 gas, along with some other ingredients, but does not contain whatever is in the version with green granules that causes my wife to have other negative reactions.

Safest IBgard Version

I really don't know if it is working or not. I have cancer %26 have a lot of problems like cramping , bloating, diarrhea %26 constipation so I thought I'd give this a try.

These were tampered with before being delivered

When I received this order, the capsule color had changed and I could no longer smell peppermint.  I'm thinking about discarding these capsules as I'm afraid they've been tampered either.

IBgard worrisome change

Wrong item. Got dog toothbrushes, not IB Gard!!!!

Terrible.

There should be a warning on the box not to take this product if you have GERD. My GERD has been under control for 2 years on omeprazole with no heartburn at all. 10 minutes after I took 2 of these pills, I had the WORST heartburn ever. When the box says it soothes the lining, which is what I wanted, and relaxes the muscles of the small intestine, I didn't realize it relaxes the sphincter muscle between the small intestine and the stomach, allowing acid to flow back into the stomach. It took me a week to be free from heartburn. Buyers be aware!

Beware! Will cause heartburn f you have GERD

Product wasn't moving from Union City and after a few weeks I contacted the seller. I requested to have the order cancelled and requested a refund. That's when the seller had the product moved from the post office where it had been sitting there for weeks. I won't be ordering anything from this seller again. Very disappointed with the customer service.
