All deliveries by our two-man delivery partner are delivered to a room of choice between ground floor and level 2. Unfortunately, our Sofa Beds (excluding Click-Clacks) can only be delivered to ground floor.

Exactly what I needed!

I had been on the hunt for a decent ottoman bed for a while. The colour and quality is great and the storage has completely transformed my tiny flat from cluttered chaos, as it was able to store so much.

I had seen a review that commented on the velcro on the bottom making it hard to move on carpeted floors but I didn't have this issue. I think it might help to lay the fabric for the bottom of the bed carefully and move whilst the bed is empty.

Things to be aware of that I had not considered is that my cat also LOVES this bed, she went from being a very chill sleep-through-the-night-cat to 3am parkour cat overnight, resulting in a banishment to the living room at night.

Easy to Build. Zero Squeak.

Everything about the purchase of this bed is great. Would have preferred more contact from DUSK after paying for it though. Between paying for it and being told it’s been shipped (a week) had no email update even though the bed was in stock.

Items haven’t arrived

placed my order for a bed and mattress on 8th May, i’ve been trying to contact DUSK via email as I haven’t received any items. I have had an automated email today saying ‘we fulfilled your order 10 days ago how are you liking your new bed’ … well I wouldn’t know as I haven’t received the bed nor has anyone contacted me to try and resolved this. Really poor as there’s not a customer care number I can ring
