To be honest I haven't seen any improvement in my dark eyes, but I'm not surprised, because no cream product can penetrate below the skin deep enough to improve dark circles. It is however nice under the eyes, keeps them moisturised. No heavy scent. It dries down very fast. Easy to apply and store in a bag for travel. I have used it under make up loads of times and it doesn't congeale or react to the make up. Texture is creamy.
