All the cases and chargers being sold are *printed*, and it says so in the description (materials, UV print, etc). It was the customer who was patronizing, and clearly hadn't read the item description before buying.

The case is exactly as I hoped it would be -perfect fit and clear picture. It looks fab on my phone. Delivery was a little later than expected-but that is no fault of the vendor. Very happy.
