I needed my counter space back and an air fryer that could do a little more, and this was perfect for me. I managed to replace my old toaster oven, toaster, and basket air fryer. It works great, though it takes more time to figure out than the simpler basket fryers. It toasts bread perfectly and does a great job air frying. I haven’t tried it for basic baking and dehydrating yet. I will say it does put out a little more heat than my basket air fryer, but I suppose that’s to be expected since it’s bigger and has a broader cooking range. The one thing I can’t figure out is the blinking light that is on when the fryer isn’t in use. I just ignore it since it’s in the kitchen, but that might really bug some people. Although it could just be I haven’t figured out how to turn that off and others figure it out faster than me. Overall, this is two thumbs up- cooks great, love the size and the easy access (no more bucket!), and all the accessories that come with it are great.

This unit is replacing one that is 10 years old. Took a little getting used to but now I am a pro. Had it about a month now and really love it. It fit’s a large frozen pizza and my pans for lasagna,casseroles, and London broil. I don’t use the oven on my stove because I just don’t need to heat up such a large unit. I am not a crockpot person because I like the way things taste better in the oven. My mother also got one and she loves it as well.
***update
My 81 year old my mother Isn’t very tech savvy and it took her a little bit to get used to the oven. She really likes it! The only thing we noticed is that there is not anything saying that the oven is pre-heating.

This toaster oven/air fryer does exactly what we need and more. The extra large air fryer area is perfect, although this unit still fits nicely under my cupboards. A little large for just a slice of toast but definitely does a good job and is great for when you have house guests. I have not yet used the dehydrator setting but look forward to trying it soon. The only downside is we have to unplug the unit after each use (it goes into standby mode and has no on/off switch). Still all in all it gets 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When I first got this oven, I wasn't sure that I was going to keep it. The manual was difficult to read and I wasn't sure how to operate it. Their customer service was good. I sent many messages, asking questions and they responded quickly. They sent me a digital copy of the manual, which was much easier to read.
I wasn't sure about this oven initially, but now I love it.

I use this oven everyday. I'm only cooking for two and the oven is big enough for me to cook a complete meal, rather than heating up my kitchen with my regular oven. It cooks faster than a regular oven so I have learned to adjust cooking times.
It can be a little awkward getting things out of the oven, the door opens down onto the counter so you need to be careful. You have to hold your cooking dish when you pull the tray out.
The crumb tray is the best. It's really easy to remove and clean.
I thought about returning this and I am really glad that I didn't.
