    I only used this product 3 times and it stopped working....it seems like it may be a battery related issue. I made sure to properly charge the product (avoided over-charging the product ,etc) and followed all the care instructions included with the product. When I hold down the button to turn it on the light flickers a little bit and then shuts off. I was really looking forward to using this since i have seen such great reviews on this product. Hoping I can get a replacement considering the high cost of the product.

    Item stopped working a little after 2 months. It worked for a while and connecting to the app. Sometimes it comes on but now never connects to the app therefore you can choose the treatment. Who knows if it is even truly working. I would never buy another non-Amazon branded electric item on PRIME DAY. Will only buy direct from manufacturer not a 3rd party. Money should be refunded-it's a lemon!
