This bag holds a lot of stuff. I love the different pockets and loops. It is handy for the airport as a personal item, because you can tighten the straps to make it more space saving. I have used it every time I have flown as my personal item and even though it may be a little too big sometimes, I have never had to check/pay for it.
I have not used the water bladder so I cannot attest to that, but I would buy the bag regardless of the bladder.

I love that there are two straps -- one across the belly and one across the chest. super comfy

I got the 28 for a hiking trip and have used it a number of times in preparation. It's comfortable and I like the magnet to hold the water tube/mouthpiece. The section for holding the water bladder was very tight to start making it hard to put a full bladder in, but seems to be getting better over time. The clip that holds the bladder in place is difficult to use. Overall, good storage size. I wish it had maybe one more divider to keep things organized. As others have noted, the waist belt pockets would be more useful if they were about an inch longer. Overall I'm pleased with it.
