A: Remove the cap and lower the protective sleeve around the brush. Tap the brush firmly against your hand or arm to start the flow of powder into the brush. Once the powder is flowing freely, apply liberally to face and all desired body parts.

A: Hi! One container of the brush will deliver up to 8 facial applications, as a little more than a half a gram of the product is needed to cover the average size face to get adequate SPF coverage.

Ok, I love it! I am in my 50s and struggle with makeup products making lines look hideous. This and the cerave mineral tint sunscreen produce the results Im looking for, flawless yet natural. Just wish it a nourishing mineral, id give it 5 stars then!

Before purchasing i saw the many bad reviews about the packaging. I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt and purchased. Immediately after opening, half the bottle spilled everywhere bc it wasnt contained well. And on top of that it wouldnt close back up. So i didnt even get to use the product. Will immediately return. Sad bc i was excited and thought i had found a supergoop dupe :(

I use this and the Skin Defense Mist SPF 30 to reapply my SPF throughout the day. I've purchased similar powders by Supergoop and Colorscience which were more expensive and poor fits. Pros: I love the texture of this powder; light and airy and doesn't add any color. I agree that the packaging isn't perfect but it's also better in ways compared to the more expensive versions; with those I often find I can't get any product to dispense. Cons: My biggest complaint is the brushes are never great quality, but what can you expect for something designed to be disposable. I do wish Hawaiian Tropic would consider a refillable option like Supergoop to help reduce waste. This is lightly scently and not at all irritating on my sensitive skin. By far, my favorite SPF powder!

The formula of this powder is absolutely beautiful. It keeps my face non greasy all day, and it actually leaves a smooth and soft finish on my skin, while still leaving a healthy glow. My skin at the moment is oily but dehydrated and this works flawlessly for me. It’s also great at mattifying oily products. I wish there were more shade options because this powder is a bit too yellow for me, but you’ll experience no problems with the powder if you’re an overall light skinned person. I would imagine that this would leave a cast on darker skinned people. For me, the formula is a 10/10, it’s an amazing powder and it gives a bonus of also containing SPF. The applicator is awful however. It doesn’t work, It feels like I’m just poking my face with a dry brush, and no product is coming out. Instead, I bought a loose powder container and poured it in there. I use a makeup brush to apply it, but you could probably repurpose the brush they give you too. Overall this is not a “convenient” or easy to apply product because of the packaging. Get a different container and treat it like a loose setting powder. Fair warning, the powder can get very messy due to how many the particles are, but this makes it super easy to blend if you apply it properly. I would apply this at a sink before putting your outfit on for the day. The applicator is a 0/10, but the product is still worth buying as long as you use a different container and application method.
The idea of this is great, maybe a better execution

So was really looking forward to this sunscreen powder. I wanted to use it through out the day as a touch up sunscreen and it works. The first one I got opened up and power everywhere! I was able to exchange it right away for a new one tho. It works it blends well and helps reduce the shine. But if you have an oily face, the brush over time, will have an oil buildup… and then unfortunately the powder no longer comes out 😞 it sucks because I didn’t want to have to care powdered and a bush/push, and that’s why I got this. There’s still a lot of powder in the container too, but it no longer comes out :/

I've used 3 different sunscreen powders. The other two were quite expensive, more than twice the price of this one, and this is definitely my favorite. It has a very light coconut scent, just the right amount comes out, it doesn't whiten my face (although I do have fair skin) and it's a very fine, lightweight powder. Some of the other reviews were talking about the powder coming out all over the place and I have not experienced that at all.

Nice concept, but the bottom came off in my purse. I had powder everywhere! I was on vacation so this was extremely frustrating, and I had to throw it away. I feel like I wasted my money. However, I’d recommend if you put it in a different container.

This is my fave SPF for on the go/travel. It's really easy to use once you get the hang of the applicator but I love that it's mineral which I prefer and it's such a simple one swipe SPF protection so I take this everywhere I go. it's in my purse and it also is a great finishing touch on makeup

I carry this in my bag for touchups throughout the day. It's so easy to use this on your hairline and it even works over your makeup without smudging it. I don't notice a smell to it at all. I don't know how much coverage I'm actually getting with the powder which is why I prefer to use another sunscreen as my base with it.

I really like this product. I used it all week on a Disney trip and it worked really well for me. The brush is a little hard so I didn’t love putting it on my face with the actual brush I did at times but the bristles are a little stiff, so it feels a little bit scratchy when you’re putting it on I wish it came in a container that didn’t have the brush attached actually I think that would be more convenient so I could use my own brush, but in the end it was on the go. It didn’t take much space, got rid of my shiny spots and sweaty spots before I took pictures so that’s what I needed it for

The powder comes out easily, no twisting necessary. Good for hairlines and touching up ears or faces. This particular brand did have the bottom pop off randomly and the powder spilled everywhere. So while I like the concept of sunscreen powder, I can’t recommend this one.

I bought this to keep in my purse or bag to easily reapply sunscreen on the go. The bottom of it unscrewed in my purse so there’s powder EVERYWHERE! Terrible design as there is only one thread for the cap to screw on.

This is the best powdered SPF brush I've tried. Most impressive thing about this product is that the brush bristles are soft, and the powder flows through without clogs, and a decent amount. I'm never worried I'm not getting enough product, and no product is being wasted. I've tried the derma-e brush, even the color science brush that's $$$. This one is better. It's also non-tinted, no weird orange cast.
