    Love this device. Pricey but worth the money. The gel is cooling and calm on your skin. You just push down on the top of the bottle and the perfect amount of gel comes out. If you don't use enough gel, it does burn so be careful. There's a beep that goes off to let you know when to move across your skin. Easy to clean as well. I saw a difference after a week.

    I bought the NuFACE device, and initially, I was happy with its performance. However, after just 6 months, it completely broke. It now keeps turning on by itself and runs nonstop, even when I try to turn it off.

    This is a serious fire hazard as the device constantly overheats, making it unsafe to have around the house. I can't stress enough how dangerous this is!

    I expected much better quality for the price, but unfortunately, this device failed miserably. Do not buy this product unless you want to risk dealing with overheating and safety concerns.

    Admittedly I am a sucker for skin care products. I bought the two probe device and it was a waste of money not to mention a pain to use. So I purchased this product to give it a try. I like the way this one works so much better. It's much easier than using two hands. I'm old so whether it's really making much of a difference is still up for debate but I like the way my skin feels afterwards and it's easy to use.

    I did read a review where someone said they kept charging the device and it didn't work months later. I'm waiting until it needs to be charged to charge it. Hopefully I won't have any issues.

    I’ve tried Botox twice and the downside is expensive, lasts couple months yet can make dramatic diff in parts of your face- even redesign a bit- yet your face muscles are frozen and then show the atrophy as wears off-u look worse, your eyebrows/lids etc droop, it’s definitely why women get it again and again- - Nuface however is using micro current for face toning and fine lines- it’s a subtle workout for your face and it works just 5 mins a day- use it with regular workouts, clean diet, and skin looks healthy and vibrant! For older women, good thing!

    I have purchased this item three different times and each has had the same issue. Once the initial charge runs out you aren’t able to recharge it, no matter how much troubleshooting you do. The initial
    Charge lasts an unbelievably long time so you don’t realize there is an issue until you finally need to recharge which is usually close to when the warranty expires. Bizarre really because the it does provide a noticeable difference in fine lines and wrinkles, but will not recharge. I’ve given up on it. It is definitely a design flaw as this is the third time buying this product in a 4 year span. Too bad that they don’t address the flaw. I’ve found similar complaints on various sites. One handy person was able to take the device apart and fix the flaw; unfortunately I am not handy and shouldn’t have to tear it apart to get it to work.
