If you are looking for a compact treadmill…so far I love this! A bit on the heavy side but so far it is great. I walk…I run..it has the incline….slim size. You can control on the remote or on the treadmill. It basically comes assembled, Very well packaged. Prior to this i had bought the Denise Austin Folding Treadmill/Kingsmith. STAY AWAY! After 3 weeks of light use for about 30 minutes a day a couple of times a week…...the dial that controls the speed stopped working and just spun..hence the treadmill just ran at 1 speed making it useless! PIECE OF JUNK….luckily returned to store….their customer service was of no help. Alot of questions but no help! Never again.
This one seems to be a keeper!

Had issues with this treadpad from the moment it was delivered: the belt does not center, it skips when you are trying to center the belt, belt makes loud noises when walking on the treadpad, the product doesn't always connect via blue tooth, the handheld remote rarely worked! So the question is - what DID work? Nothing! Had to return this product as it was totally un-usable. When I contacted customer service, they sent YouTube videos to center the belt - that were not helpful because the videos were a few years old and didn't apply to the product I bought!

I've had this treadmill for over a month and I'm loving it! I use it primarily for walking and also while I'm working with my standing desk. The incline feature was the reason I chose this one and I'm so glad I did. Having the ability to increase the resistance and intensity, making the workout more effective was a must have for me. I've been walking on it daily and no issues so far. It's quiet (not silent - I mean, it is a treadmill) and very smooth. Not an ounce of buyers remorse here. Obviously I don't know about it's longevity yet, but I'll update if anything changes!

This worked for a couple of weeks. Then it started smelling like burning rubber and the machine would turn itself off. I contacted Amazon and I was given the option of a replacement machine or refund. Initially I was going to replace but was concerned about the same problem so I requested a refund. They said the machine would be picked up free of charge. After my machine was sent back they charged me a $120 restocking fee for a broken machine.

I am 5' 2" and under 99lbs. The treadmill will start and then slow down and stop after 15 minutes because I am too light.

I'm so annoyed! I did a lot of research before choosing this model. It is mentioned in the very long item description, but not in the same section as the maximum weight limit.

My son is 13, 5' 1" and weighs 76lbs. I can't understand why they would set such a high minimum weight. It would make sense for the minimum to be 75 or even 80 pounds to protect young children and pets. It's not unusual for an adult to weigh under 99lbs.
