A: The roll on is perfume, so it simply just makes you smell nice. The actual oil is meant for moisturizing, intended to use a generous amount of and rub it into your skin.

I've had the oil for quite some while now, and I noticed every single time I've used it, my hands get extremely dry. Like my fingers are currently peeling so badly. The smell doesn't last long nor does the oil itself on your skin. I'd pick something else!

I smelled this in store and fell in love with the scent. But, when I applied to my skin, it didn’t smell the same. Also, it’s not moisturizing. It pretty much disappears within minutes. I don’t even reach for it anymore. Still, it does smell better than that other brand’s vanilla cashmere. In terms of hair, I have not used this oil on mine so I cannot attest to that.

I think it smells great but it doesn't really give me a real vanilla smell and it definitely made my skin feel amazing but I noticed that I got a bit sweaty while sleeping so that was definitely a downside

Smells amazing, not greasy at all but doesnt last long. Maybe just one hour at most. I tried it by itself and with my body moisturizer but it did nit make a difference. it does not linger long, no wonder why it is so affordable.

I really enjoyed this when I first purchased it. A little after a month, the smell just changed. I keep it with my other products and I have to make sure things are closed properly bc of my small children.. but now I have 90,% of a bottle left with this rancid, old smell.

I tried the cashmere & vanilla lotion a couple of years ago, and I’ve been getting into body oils, so I thought I’d give this a try. I’m glad I did. It smells great, feels silky to the touch, and makes my skin softer. 1 star off as I wish the scent lasted longer but it will be good to layer with. Would reorder! Also the bottle arrive dented near the dropper so a bit of the product leaked out as it was packed with 2 other items (hair gel & micellar water) in a plastic bag with a zip tie so they damaged each other (no damage to outside box though which was odd).

If I like the feeling of vegetable oil being rubbed all over you then this is for you. The smell is ok but I like my body oils to absorb into my skin not sit on top and then be able to feel it all day. Anyone who says this is a good body oil doesn’t know about body oils.

Remember that everyone reacts differently & this is just based on how the product worked for me. I’ve had my eye on this product for a while now & I’m so glad that I finally made the decision to try it! At first I was skeptical to try this product because I’ve never heard of mood-boosting scent technology before so I thought it was just a marketing tool not something real. I still don’t really understand it & I’m still learning more about it, but it really works! This has helped so so so much, it’s honestly been a game changer for me! I decided to try this product because I have been struggling to manage my chronic illnesses & an undiagnosed health issue for a while now & I can proudly say that I have finally found products that actually work for me! With this product, a little goes a long way! It also keeps my skin & scalp hydrated for hours. I only have to apply it 1 or 2 times a day, whereas with other products I’ve had to continuously apply them throughout the day. The dropper makes this product super easy to use! When applying it to my skin, I make sure to massage it in completely that way there isn’t a greasy residue. When applying it to my scalp, I use a scalp massager so that I can evenly apply the product. Lastly, I’m really not good with scents because I struggle with nausea due to my health issues so I’m always scared to try anything scented. However, the scent is NOT overwhelming even when using it simultaneously with other products from this collection.

Fragrance is lovel by itself. I layered with EOS. My only grip is the bottle. Hands tend to be slippery.ive knocked over bottle twice and lost half. Something that let out drops would be ideal.

this is a great body oil. doesn't irritate sensitive skin, doesn't leave an oily feeling, and adds a subtle scent. however, i dont think it smells like vanilla and cashmere at all. compared to other vanilla cashmere scents (like the EOS lotion) it doesn't match. it smells more like chai or gingerbread. still nice, but was a little disappointed in the scent as i'm personally not a fan of those nutmeg scents. if you smell it long enough it starts smelling like a more mature woman's perfume.

I love this, it’s moisturizing without being greasy. It doesn’t have the exact vanilla smell like the body mist and perfume do. I personally think it smells like a gingerbread cookie and like to layer it with other sweet lotions. The only downside is the packaging, I wish it had a pump or better cap for the dropper.
