WHY WE LOVE IT

• A family-owned American confectionery crafts our old-fashioned caramels in small batches, slow cooking sugar and honey with cream, milk and butter at the perfect temperature in copper kettles. After cooling, the caramel is cut into pieces, hand dipped in Guittard bittersweet chocolate and dusted with sea salt. The confections are packed by hand in our keepsake tin, ready for gift giving.

• Guittard® dark chocolate (sugar, unsweetened chocolate [processed with potassium carbonate], cocoa butter, milk fat [butter], sunflower lecithin, vanilla), caramel (corn syrup, cane sugar, invert sugar, whipping cream, milk, butter, vanilla, salt), fleur de sel sea salt.

• This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with dairy, eggs, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, wheat/gluten.
