The fragrance is a sicky perfume smell. I'm an unscented kinda girl but can't find the unscented dove advance care anymore. Thought the cool cucumber would be the lightest least offensive, but I was very wrong.

I’ve used many well known name brands in 47 yrs some not well known, scent & unscented varieties. All promising to keep me dry & smell free, I tried Dove 72hr advanced care cool scent solid 6-7 yrs ago I fell in love because it keeps me dry, rven during CA 100 degree days and high stress sweat moments & it lasts 72 hrs. I use on pits, under boobs, I have a separate stick just for bottom of feet before I put socks on or slip into sneakers barefeet it keeps everything dry & smells good with a clean light fresh scent yet it’s not overpowering with perfume.

One of my favourite deodorants that works for hours and smells incredibly clean! It also doesn't stain clothes. The one downside is it does leave white marks on dark clothes and can clump up underarms. I wouldn't use it with tank tops but it's great with everything else!

Love Advanced Care! I’ve being using the for years at one time you could get a body spray with the same scent. From the time I was little I sweat I use to my white and light colored top would have yellow stains under the arms, my mom would wash my sweaty clothes with my Dad’s. My mom would bring me to the dr several times a year for sweating and the dr kept saying she hot blooded she just sweats accept it. My parents tried everything on the market nothing worked. Once I tried Dove Advance Care Cool Essentials I was sold no embarrassing sweaty arm pits from unloading a truck or building weight equipment on the sales floor. Just wish whole body deodorant had the same scent

I love the smell and it is very soft. That being said, it was better when it was cucumber melon. It also doesn't seem to last as long as it used to and it doesn't seem as strong as it was.
