What it is
It is a balm-type cleansing oil that gently melts eye, lip, base makeup and sebum. It contains rice bran and various grain extracts, so the skin does not get dry and remains moist.

A very soft, balm type cleansing balm that gently melts away makeup, excess sebum and skin impurities.
Oil base makeup remover

I have tried many makeup removers and have had terrible luck with breaking out in rashes after. This was an exception! The cleansing balm is amazing at removing tough mascara and eyeliner (be careful with your eyes though!). I typically have terrible puffiness and itching after wearing makeup/removing it. But since using the cleansing balm I haven’t had that! It makes me want to wear my makeup more often because I know it won’t be irritating or be a hassle to take off

I have tried soooo many cleansing balms and oils. They have all left my skin super oily and clogged my pores like nobody's business. But BOJ? Game changing for me. I have sensitive combination skin. The areas that dry out most are super noticeable (I.e., a flaky NOSE so embarrassing). I had been using Pond's cold cream to get makeup off and excess oils/dirt, then washing with BOJ's green plum cleanser. I give each new product a month trial, adding in one new product at a time.
Overall, my skin required the majority of the month to transition with this one which is typical, and here are my takeaways:
Pros-- very lightweight and rinses off SO easily! Doesn't leave my skin feeling oily or stripped. Takes off my makeup, especially mascara, even easier than the Pond's! However, I can't say how tough it is on waterproof makeup as I don't really use anything waterproof. Beautiful packaging as always. A little goes a long way.
Cons-- I do feel that my pores do get more buildup than with my prior routine, particularly on my nose. My prior routine being Pond's, then green plum cleanser, glow serum, dynasty cream at night with the red bean water gel in the morning. Just subbed the pond's for the radiance cleansing balm. That's my only issue, but overall? This one is pretty darn perfect.

I got this to remove eye makeup and surgical tape residue and it works better than I hoped!
