This is my second water flosser from Smile Direct Club. I like that it is rechargeable and it holds the charge for a long time. This model holds more water than my previous one and I think that’s a good change. It is not too heavy but I do often change the settings accidentally because of the placement of the buttons. I like it and would purchase it again.

BUYER BEWARE
Positives: Delivered promptly and the price point was reasonable at time of purchase.However, upon close inspection once this water flosser was in hand we noticed cracks in the water tank compartment. All the accompanying accessories were wrapped in a fashion that suggested they’d not been used prior to unboxing. The charging port and cord performance was subpar. After learning this particular item was not eligible for return via Amazon we attempted to initiate contact with Smile Direct as suggested. We discovered that they filed bankruptcy and terminated their operations as of 2023. They were not able to assist us due those details adding that once the process had run its course refunds may be an option but there could be no guarantee.Consider this had been a gift purchase for a family member I was personally mortified that I had not done my due diligence before ordering. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE! We’ve tried to remedy/ make the most of the situation with no success. Now that I’ve had time to really do my research and familiarized myself with the device itself- I can say confidently that it’s defective. I can also attest to this specific issue is a common occurrence. Please invest in a different brand! This will be $25 bucks you’ll never see again.
