I was intrigued to see the nice packaging and everything it comes with, like the travel case. it's a nice toothbrush, but in terms of efficiency it's sort of just a toothbrush that just vibrates. other toothbrushes on the market have bristles that rotate as well so you know it's doing something. But for this brush, it just vibrates, nothing else. i can't really say the "white" mode made my teeth look any different because it's just a vibration, and the only difference from the modes are they just vibrate more or else or at a different rhythm. that's really my only issue. other than that, the battery life is great

I purchased this product 14months ago and the charging base stopped working. When I reached out to the seller, they refused to acknowledge that the product did not have a long lifespan as it should, and their response was for me to purchase a replacement.
For the price that they are selling this at, I expect the product to last. I should have stuck with my Phillips Sonicare.
For those of you considering to buy this, please don't, or you will need to replace this within a year.
