I love the Dyson hair dryer because of how quickly it dries my hair. I used to dye my hair a lot so I was struggling with slightly frizzy hair. With this hairdryer my hair looks silky and smooth after every use. I even get asked if I straightened my hair. Pretty expensive but honestly worth the investment.

    Okay, you know what they say? You get what you pay for this is the most incredible hair dryer that you'll ever use. If you have fragile hair and you have a pile of hair when you're done blow drying your head from your old dryer. You will not have that problem with the Dyson hairdryer. It's quite very efficient and does a phenomenal job like no other hair dryer. On the markit, you will not be disappointed with this.

    I bought this hair dryer in mid-October. It worked only three times, the fourth time it just stopped working, I called Dyson and first time they said they would send me a return label within 8-10 minutes. 24 hours later I called again and I did get a return label and had to take it to UPS, They received it back on November 7th. On November 10th I received an email saying "Your new machine is on its way", with an order number and tracking link to UPS, But UPS says it has no information, I waited a week or so and called Dyson back (but I have to say each time I called I waited at least 20-30 minutes to talk to someone whose English is very hard to understand). He told me it takes 7-14 business days to process. After a few more phone calls I was told I would have a new machine on November 27th. Of course, it never came. I called again on November 30th and the man I talk to said he would send an email to wherever these machines come from and call me back. Needless to say it is now December 3rd and I have not heard from him, I do not know what to do from here. But I am very disappointed in Dyson and their customer service. You should expect better from a company who sells a $400. hair dryer. I bought this through Amazon but do not feel it is their problem that is why I have wasted hours waiting for some satisfaction from Dyson,

    I am not a stylist but I learned the worth of a good hair dryer in my early 20s. I’ve always invested a fair amount in them, and in turn they’ve saved me time and lasted many years at a time. By “a fair amount,” I mean $100, $150; when Dyson came out I was more offended than anything by a $450 hairdryer. I’d never buy one and didn’t care. Until… I’d been searching for 6+ months for a replacement for an eight year old Babyliss that just didn’t seem to dry my hair as fast as it used to. I bought and returned a few expensive dryers ($200+), irritated with how they weren’t quite right. Then I saw the Dyson Origin priced at $300, and right after came into a surprise $250 Amazon gift card and I couldn’t resist. If you’re considering it, BUY IT. It IS that good. It’s amazing and I frankly don’t understand how it achieves what it does. The airflow is deceptively powerful, because it somehow feels “soft”. My hair simply dries quicker. I don’t know why or how it works, it just does. And it doesn’t make me a sweaty hot mess, AND it’s quiet. My hair is shinier. My life is better. I don’t dread blowing my hair out nearly the way I used to (it’s just something I absolutely hate doing). If $300 isn’t a hardship, just buy it already. You won’t regret it.
