TWO died? I bought 2, 1 for me, another for my daughter. Mine died after 1 month, her's after 3.
It works very well but only when it's not dead.
Seller will not refund anything after 30 days. AVOID!

Your product sucks. I bought this product for $70 and it will NOT charge after 5 months. In the picture there should be a light to indicate if it is charging or not. There is no light, and i have tried multiple outlets and charging bricks to try and trouble shoot on my own. I can not find a customer service email or chat option to assist in fixing this issue on the main website. If you are reading this, do NOT buy from them. Unless you like throwing money away. Your product sucks. I bought this product for $70 and it will NOT charge after 5 months. In the picture there should be a light to indicate if it is charging or not. There is no light, and i have tried multiple outlets and charging bricks to try and trouble shoot on my own. I'm not really a professional flosser! Unlike many of the other reviewers here who seemed to have tried every other water flosser and keep comparing, all I was looking for is a product that would help me floss once a day with no issues.
This does just that!
I wanted a product that is functional, good looking and that won't take too much space on my counter and Quip checked all marks there.
I think I need to fill the container like twice or so to get a good floss but it literally takes 2 seconds to fill and you're already standing there by the sink flossing so I'm not sure why that would be a problem.
Very good product and helped me a lot for a much better oral hygiene.
