Pump dirty/box squished
This product came without any protective wrapping and the box obviously squished. The pump is also clearly dirty. This is highly disappointing being that this is a luxury skincare item and expensive. Will not be purchasing luxury skincare from Amazon in the future.

This vitamin c serum is lightweight and feels nice on my skin. It does take a few minutes to absorb, but then it is not tacky or greasy. It is a thin, tan colored serum. It smells like honeysuckle and lilies.
My skin feels smoother with this, and it does look dewy. It did not irritate my sensitive skin, and it works well under moisturizer or sunscreen.
The glass bottle and pump arrived without breakage or leaks.

Is this a genuine ren product?
Not yet used this but have tried a few of ‘rens’ products and loved so thought would give this a go, however after receiving the product it wasn’t sealed in its box properly and just doesn’t seem well packaged/made which leaves me feeling skeptical as to whether this is genuine?NicoleIs this a genuine ren product?
