Best Mascara!
This mascara is 10/10 for me because:-the mascara doesn’t budge with my greasy lids.-holds my pin straight lashes until I take it off with my micellar remover.-lightweight on my lashes.-elongates my short lashes and almost looks like false lashes with the fibers that are in the product.-unscented!-mascara doesn’t flake or give raccoon eyes.-separates lashes but you’ll have to work a bit quick because it dries fast. Good for “in a rush times”.I want to mention that this mascara is for long separated lashes NOT for volume.However, when I add a few coats on top before it fully dries it does give a good volume look without looking like thick spider legs.Sometimes I brush 1 layer after it dries to give a thicker look.You could add a volume mascara after but before the mascara dries.A side note:lot of reviewers are saying the mascara is very hard to remove and yes that’s true but I have found that the remover in my picture is a great solution for it.I use a cotton pad and even lightly layered toilet paper to remove my mascara with the remover product.I shake my micellar water to mix the product than pour a little onto the cotton pad or layered toilet paper and let it sit on my lashes for 15-30 secs and than gently wipe. Hope that helps!

    Holds the curl really well and the only mascara for me that doesn't smudge at all. I've tried many many other waterproof mascaras (drugstore and high end) that all smudge, but this one holds! The only downside is that the mascara itself doesn't make a huge difference with my lashes - it adds length and some volume, whereas many other mascaras make the lashes look way more voluminous/lengthening than this one. However the fact that this doesn't give me panda eyes by the end of the day and also holds a curl make me prefer this over others!

    I have not yet found a mascara that holds my curled lashes until this!!! I curled my lashes and added this build upon mascara and I did not have to recurl my mascara'd lashes! WHAT?! Never has that happened before! This will be my mascara for now on. I actually didn't think this mascara would work as the want is so small and thin... but it does wonders!

    I've been using this mascara since November of 2022, and this is one of the few products that actually holds up my lashes after I curl them. While my lashes look fantastic, and I don't experience much flaking or smudging throughout the day, this product is such a chore to remove. I have to go in with 2 eye makeup removers, along with my face wash (CeraVe), and I still have bits and pieces of the mascara stuck to my lashes. Keep in mind, I am very gentle with the removal process and take my time, to make sure I get everything off, but to no avail. I inevitably always lose a few eyelashes because of the painstaking removal. I'm also not sure if it's the tube I received, or the nature of the mascara itself, but there's a very sticky and tacky feel to them, and some days you sense and feel it more than others, which can cause some uncomfortableness (just that constant sensation of your lashes feeling sticky and the upper and lower lashes getting stuck on one another now and then).

    Overall, I was initially blown away and loved this mascara – and I still think it's great for any straight lashed gal out there – but over time I've become less enthusiastic about this product. The removal process alone is really what's giving me second thoughts on repurchasing, along with the strange tacky feeling. I'd sooner go back to the Heroine Mascara (the original/regular waterproof one, not super, etc.) because that's just as good and comes off much more easily. However, I'm willing to give a second tube of this mascara a shot, and will update my review then.

    Extra Info: I'm mixed - half Korean and half Caucasian, but inherited stick straight lashes that need to be curled before applying. As other reviews mentioned, this is great for East Asian eyes, but also for anyone who struggles with straight lashes and wanting that curl to hold.

    As I’ve gotten older I’ve stopped wearing a lot of makeup, and definitely don’t wear false lashes anymore. My natural lashes are short and very light at the ends. I’ve been using lash serum that’s helped a ton to grow them but I make a conscious effort to get somewhat healthy mascara and that’s easy to remove.
    While this mascara will stay FOREVER in summer- through sweat, workouts, swimming, crying…. Literally anything, is is VERY hard to remove. I usually prefer the fluffy lash look but this stuff is perfect for the no makeup makeup summer days. I don’t have to worry about touch ups and it doesn’t apply clumpy and gross. It just makes your own lashes look 10x better. They’re defined and black, lengthened and noticeably so.
    I wish it were easier to remove. I’m in my 30s and I don’t want to be scrubbing at the skin around my eyes and also don’t want to pull out the few lashes I’ve worked hard to get and maintain.
    I’m sure there’s some really great eye makeup remover out there that I don’t know about but I have a few different types and nothing works without more effort than any other mascara. But if you’re looking for a bullet proof stay on no matter what mascara that isn’t clumpy and really just accentuates your own beauty, this is it. I don’t wear it daily but I love to keep a tube around for summer, vacations, gym, or anything like that. CLIO is an excellent brand and I have 0 complaints or questions about the quality of this or any of their other products.

    Preface: I have short and straight downward growing eyelashes, so I demand a mascara with good lift first and foremost. This mascara delivers good lift and longevity throughout the day. This mascara tends towards the drier side, which helps keep lashes light and not clumpy. It makes your lashes stiff and straight, like strong hairspray. The wand is a fairly small "c" shaped bristle brush, which is better for small eyes and getting all the little eyelashes on the edge. It is also easy to do bottom lashes due to its compact brush head. The formula is waterproof, and will not budge until you remove it. Here's my detailed breakdown:

    Volume: 3/5, Delivers average volume, can layer 3 times before it becomes clumpy
    Length: 4/5, Lengthens and straightens lashes well, but not a fiber lash formula
    Lift: 5/5, Keeps a curl made by a lash curler perfectly, formula does not weight down lashes
    Definition: 4/5 Will somewhat group lashes together to form thicker looking lashes, but moderately. Definition of individual lashes are still prevalent.
    Longevity: 5/5, You will wake up with this the next morning still looking intact. In fact, regular makeup remover hardly does the job to remove it. Feel free to swim or cry.
    Smudge/flake-proofness: No smudging or flaking after it is set. After an 8 hour workday, it still looks fresh.

    Overall: 4.5/5 This mascara is good for those looking to add length to their lashes, who don't care too much about volume, and above all, need a mascara that holds a curl as well as a mascara that will last all day.
