STYLING TIPS: • Gently towel-dry hair to remove excess water. • Start with a quick initial drying. Set dryer to highest heat and speed. With head forward, flip hair over and dry the under-layers first. • DO NOT concentrate airflow on any one area for an extended period of time. • When hair is almost completely dry, lower heat and speed setting and begin to style hair as desired. • Push the Cold Shot Button to set the style with a cold flow of air once the desired style is achieved. • When drying is complete, wait for the appliance to cool before storing it. DO NOT wrap the cord around the dryer. Use the Hanging Ring, it keeps the cord from tangling and wearing prematurely.

Nicely powered 1875W hair dryer has separate buttons for temperature, fan speed and cool shot. It heats up fast, dried my hair quickly, and has a cool shot button which works immediately for ease in styling. A handy feature of this hair dryer is the ability to unscrew the red filter on the air intake end and really get both filters clean every month or two. The dryer is typical in noise level and weight for a full-sized dryer. The attachments (a 5 1/2" diffuser and a 2 1/2" concentrator) snap on and off and hold securely. The manual says there is a coconut oil infused grill that provides smoother styles but I didn't see any difference in how my hair looked after using the dryer. There are separate buttons for temperature (hot/warm/cool) and speed (high/low/off) that slide. I found the buttons rather stiff to move and their low profile made it hard for my fingers to get a good grip. I lowered my rating by one star for this.
