    Purchased this product, liked it and purchased again, straight from my purchase history.
    The new bottle was very different than the first. It has new packaging which was indicated on the product page at time of purchase, and a new formula. The new bottle is a totally different shampoo. Absolutly everything is different; color, texture, viscosity, smell, lather, rinsability, and even the way your hair feels as the day goes on. It's a different product all together. I understand things change and I'm not opposed to that. I still like the new shampoo, but am unsure if I will purchase again as it was just an odd experience that almost feels like a bait snd switch. The previous product seemed to be a little higher quality. The new one is more reminicent of a 2.5 star hotel shampoo. If you really loved the old one, you may not like the new one. Better check your local store for stock of the old style. Still, I give it a 4 out of 5. It's shampoo, it smells OK, it gets my hair clean. The old formula would have been a 5.

HOWEVER, and this is huge for me, this shampoo has the most awful smell. i loathe any vanilla, coconut products, which this is NOT. instead, it smells like an old granny who hasn't "bathed" in the last century and has on some dusty, florally perfume to cover up the b.o. which has faded… maybe it's on her dress that she's worn all year & hasn't laundered. it almost makes me gag. but since there's no vanilla/coconut odor, i can & will endure until the bottle is empty. i just won't buy it again. sorry.

    I have used this a few times now , coming off of a $25 bottle of shampoo that I had been using for quite some time and to be honest there is no difference in my hair with switching to this shampoo. It is so much more affordable and does the job just the same ! My hair feels thick and shiny! It smells great too !!

    You need to leave this on your hair for 3-4 minutes before washing and rinsing it off else you wont feel anything just like any other shampoo. use it with warm water massage your hair with shampoo for 3-4 mins, wash it off with warm water and then dry it with towel do not use hot dryer/blower to dry hair. This is my perspective and has worked for me, sharing images of hair, i have been using this for many years now. Initially i used to wash it off with cold water and then use hot air off the dryer which made the hair rough and not so amazing, hence my suggestion is to try with warm water.

    This shampoo has completely exceeded my expectations. I am self-conscious of my thin hair, and was looking for a product to add some volume to my flat, fine strands. This shampoo does exactly that. I notice that it certainly looks thicker after washing and conditioning with this product line. I colour my hair blond, and this shampoo hasn't had any effect on the colour. I don't suffer too much damage, for example split ends, but my hair does feel soft and moisturized after using this line. I doesn't manage frizz that well, so if I like my hair air-dry I do get quite a lot of flyaways, but this isn't my primary hair concern. I love this shampoo for the thickening effect I've seen.

    It also smells great, and the shampoo is much thicker than other shampoos I am used to using, which I think has led me to use less product than I normally would. Lathers super well and rinses out without leaving any feeling of icky residue. Highly recommend for those looking for a thickening shampoo!
