All of our items are custom made to order, and we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Please take care to check your personalization details, spelling, and address information as you place your order.

Note that colors may vary on your screen based on the actual item due to lighting & photography. Color variations are not a defect or eligible for return/exchange.

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order within 4 business days of the order being marked as delivered on the tracking. We require a clear, high quality photo which shows the entire product, including the image/print & which also clearly shows the issue in that same photo. If a photo cannot show this fully/clearly, we may request a short video.

At this time, we do not offer extra gift wrapping or gift packaging.

We can include a gift message with mug and candle orders only - please send us a private message to inquire about adding a gift note to one of these orders.

Gift messages are NOT available with journals/notebooks at this time.

Note that whether you mark a package as a gift or not, your order will not contain an invoice that displays the price, making it perfect for sending directly to the recipient.
