Shipping & Returns

Due to an increase in our orders for the holiday season and expected seasonal delays with carriers, we request your patience as we get orders to you as soon as possible. We will continue to do our best to remain within our window of 7 – 10 working days for your order to reach you. Kindly note that we do not offer any expedited shipping options and all packages ship via Fedex Ground.

For domestic orders, you may expect to receive your item(s) within 7-10 business days. For international orders, shipping time will depend on your location. Please contact leshop@themarkhotel.com for more information on your international order.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, Le Shop will accept, for a full refund or exchange, items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. For exchange requests, please email leshop@themarkhotel.com.

To return your products(s), please ship the item(s) back to the below address enclosed with a copy of your order confirmation. Please be advised that the customer is responsible for the shipping cost (which is non-refundable).

Kindly note we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside of The United States.
