The box arrived dammaged. I submitted photos to shipper, little to none as to communication. Product was damaged in shipping. After much communication, I was offered a partial refund to resolve the issue.

Excellent customer service from seller, who was super helpful, and very quick with responses to a delivery query I had, particularly given it was over the Christmas holiday period. Item was packaged really well and the item arrived faster than I was expecting (given the holidays and in a different country). Item was as described, pictures showed this really well. I would absolutely purchase from this seller again without hesitation.
