The seller was asked several times why the tracking was saying the shipping company was waiting for the items to ship. This went on for almost a month. She told me once she sent it and it was returned, then she said she sent it again. No update on the tracking. She also has on her store that she is in New York when she is actually in Turkey. She finally admitted she never sent my order and replied "I am really embarrassed that we have victimized you to this extent". She was lying to me the whole time. Don't waste your time or money on this deceitful seller. If I could zero's instead of one star I wouldn't hesitate!

I didn't say that it was never sent to you, I said that I really sent it and for some reason the kago company returned it to us and then we couldn't send it for a reason that I explained to you. I also said that I was embarrassed that we victimized you and that's because we have tolerance. We are really sorry for your insulting and hurtful comment. I hope that one day you will realize how insulting this comment you wrote in anger is. We are not sending you products for the first time, we have sold before, after all, if there was a person like you that we could not buy and send, a comment would have been posted before. But thanks for your comment anyway, we also need bad comments to improve ourselves for the better. Thank you kelly 😊
