I can't say enough good about this product. I am an adult with thick hair. It is long and has a silky texture - when it is not in a tangle of knots. I don't know what goes on in my sleep, but I used to wake up with a mess of knotted hair. I tried everything from conditioning masks to heat styling spray. Nothing worked. I saw a glowing review from a woman who recommended it because she had the same problem. I still wondered if it would work for me, because I had nearly given up hope on my hair. I gave it a chance and wow, was I impressed. I have found that it works a little better on dry hair than it does on damp. I would recommend trying it both ways to see which works best for you.
