Men generally have ~25% thicker facial skin than women. Since the 1072nm penetrates deeper than 633nm and 830nm it is able to target the deepest cells.
Men’s skin is typically thicker than women’s due to men having a higher percentage of the hormone testosterone.

    I’ve been using this for a couple of months. Not sure I see a difference. It’s comfortable but a little tight on the nose bridge if you want the mask close enough to the rest of your skin. This could also be used on the scalp or neck.
