Good Quality but Mixed Feelings
This camping blanket is good quality. I couldn't find any areas where the stitching was bad and it is visually appealing. All of the snaps work and seem to be of a good quality that will last after repeated use. It has loops on the corners of the blanket that you could use if you are cinching it down to something and those also appear to be made well.As an avid backpacker, hiker, and primitive camper, this would not work well. While it is pretty lightweight, it does not pack down small enough when you are having to be careful of room and bulkiness when you are carrying everything you're going to need with you. It is decently filled but not enough to keep you super warm, especially on cold nights or if you end up setting up camp near a river or other water source where it's naturally cooler. Additionally, the areas between the snaps are quite large, even at the bottom, so you are not going to be able to retain body heat in the same way as an actual minimalist sleeping bag that is designed for warmth, less weight, and less bulkiness. I have two actual full size, full zip sleeping bags that are rated for 30 degree weather that are lighter in weight, cinch down smaller, and are much less bulky as space and weight are very important in this regard. If you are car camping, which I also enjoy at times, this would be more appropriate in that scenario, as you could pack it in your car and not have to worry about space when carrying it. It would be nice to lay across your lap or use the snaps to use it as a cloak around you when sitting outside. If you use it while sitting around a campfire be careful as the material would easily get holes if a stray ember landed on it.This would also be nice to use as a blanket to sit on for a picnic, or to take with you to sporting events or other such activities for some warmth.During my test nap in our 68 degree apartment, my knees, legs, and feet with socks were cold from the air coming in between the snaps. I ended up unsnapping it and just laying it over me like a regular blanket and it kept me sufficiently warm using it that way. I think it would work great to cover up for naps or as a blanket to throw over you while watching TV. I also think this would be nice to take on road trips to cover over you in the car if you're chilly or attempting a car nap.Overall, this is a nice blanket of good quality and I personally will enjoy using it for covering up in the house during naps or lounging around if I'm a little chilly. I'll also take it with me on road trips for the same reason.I do recommend this blanket for picnics, lounging, car trips, naps, or outdoor events where you want some extra warmth. It would also be nice to lay down on the ground for a picnic.I do not recommend this for backpacking or primitive camping where you are relying on your equipment to provide a lot of warmth, especially in areas where it gets chilly at night or near a water source, and where you have to carry everything you need with you as it is a bit bulky for that. I don't feel it would be a great to use as a minimalist sleeping bag as one of the uses mentioned in the description. You will need to decide what your use of this blanket will be and if it will meet your needs. It is high quality but will not work for all scenarios. Everything considered I do also feel that the price point is a bit high.

First off, it's a pricey investment but this blanket is definitely well made and versatile. The snaps along the side allow me to wear it as a cape while at camp so I can move around and stay warm. It works nicely as a blanket, providing warmth but it is also breathable so you don't end up feeling clammy. It packs easily into the stuff sack for travel. It washes up well and dries quickly. The price point is definitely high compared to other options on Amazon but after trying this blanket I would definitely splurge on the brand again. I expect this blanket will last longer and continue to provide a better experience while camping than most of the cheap substitutions. The recycled fabric is very soft and not scratchy, and the colors are beautiful. I love this blanket and it goes on all my travels now!

These blankets are so nice to take with you to the park, on a road trip, or to the beach and camping. It is lightweight yet sturdy and won't rip. And did I mention they keep you warm too? Even in the summer here the nights can get really cool and it is nice to snuggle into this puffy soft blanket to keep warm while outdoors at night. I totally recommend getting one, they are so nice and just as good as one of the more expensive ones without the price tag. I also like to use the snaps and make it so I can wear it around the house, very versatile.

This puffer blanket is lightweight, but still on the lager side when packed down. Not ideal for backpacking but great to throw in the back of a truck/SUV. It comes with a roll top stuff sack. It was easy enough to pack the blanket back in and the roll top makes as a convenient handle to carry.

The blanket itself is well made. Very happy with the quality, seems like it'll last a while. I do wish the material was water repellant/resistant, as I plan to use this outdoors. At least the material makes it resistant to sand and grass, which is useful for the beach or park.

Sizing wise, it's large enough to fit me and my boyfriend (he's 5'11" 250 lbs) nicely. It can also be converted into a very minimal sleeping bag. The snaps on the side do leave a little gap where air can seep in, might be better to just bundle yourself in it.

The weight of the blanket is perfect for chilly summer/fall nights, but might not be ideal in colder winter weather. (thin and polyester filled)

I love these blankets - they really provide some versatility for camping - from providing warmth around the firepit to adding at least 20 degrees to any sleeping bag setup. This particular blanket is not only super cool, but it has a great and subtle color scheme.

We've used this on several camping trips already and it is really great.

This blanket is likely too big and bulky to be useful for a long backpacking trip. If it's cold enough to use this and you are backpacking, a high quality sleeping bag and thermal layers are more likely to go with you. That being said, this puffy blanket has a lovely color, and works well if car camping, out as a sports event, or by the campfire. It snaps around so it can be worn as a cowl, which I like! It also has an option for corner tiedowns if using as a blanket on the ground. It's a nice length, longer than most blankets, and comes with a stuff sack. It's a little more challenging to get into the stuff sack than a full down blanket would be but overall wasn't that hard to get in.
