Good bag if you can get for a good price.
I've only had my Eagle Creek for a few weeks and have taken it on 4 flights. A couple of observations. First, I am confused as if it truly is 90 liters or not. I say this because I also looked at an Osprey 85L rolling duffel and I can pack a lot more into the Osprey than the Eagle Creek, I'd say 25% more. Don't get me wrong, I can still pack up to 2, maybe 3, weeks worth of clothes into the Eagle Creek, but it's still confusing as to the size different between two different rolling duffel bags. Second, it gets dirty VERY quickly. The attached picture is after my very first non-stop flight. Thankfully I was able to use Lysol cleaning wipes to remove all the marks after each of my flights. Aside from that, I don't have any complaints. I love the color of mine! Once I saw this color was on sale, I had to buy it.

    BUT I struggled to fit everything I needed for a 10-day trip to Mexico. I was concerned that this might limit me on future trips. However, on the way back to the USA, my husband's suitcase --which is nearly identical to this one (different brand, just a tad bigger) got flagged at the gate and it had to be checked. So that did make me feel confident that this Eagle Creek should be fine for international travel as a carry-on. Just be sure your "personal item" bag is of maximum size -- to fit what you cannot in this bag!

Also a roller, and backpack straps - this combination is not common but desirable to me as I’m often in less developed areas and use the backpack straps. I travel exclusively with a bag this size and an under seat bag, whether for a weekend or a month. Pros: 1. Light weight - yet still has structure and shape - doesn’t look like a sack 2. Not a T handle but a good sturdy long double bar where you can slip other bags on top 3. Plenty of functional tie down straps 4. Handy secure top pocket 5. Strong lockable zippers 6. Good looking durable water resistant finish

Functional hideaway backpack straps - not intended for the woods but usable in areas where you can’t pull on wheels 10. The backpack feature puts the zippers and opening to your back. This prevents someone in crowded places like elevators or trains from opening a zipper compartment from behind. Plus I find it more comfortable than the rigid handle area on my back Cons: 1. Wheels are small and mainly covered with low ground clearance - ok for using on a floor but not as good on rough or uneven surfaces. Also if you need to do a wheel repair in an emergency you can’t - you are stuck - must carry it 2. No grab handle on top end of the bag!!! Very awkward to be wheeling to car, plane, or store aisles and you need to carry a short distance. Instead of closing the handle and picking up at the end with one hand, you are required to use both hands - drop the handle, flip the bag on its side and then carry. Same process to then set the bag down to pull out the handle. This makes sense on the larger duffel models - definitely not on this size! Almost a deal breaker - I’m going to see if a luggage repair shop can add without it looking too “make do”. Other wise good functional grab handles on the bag. Will update later.
    UPDATE: the lack of a top handle has not been as much of an issue as I first thought. Can still use one handed by just grabbing side handle after dropping extension handle.
